First Time at San Carlos
Fun day at San Carlos.
Very professional staff all the way around. The starter was very helpful in keeping play moving off the first tee. Pace of play was suboptimal but I understand this to be somewhat expected at a local course which gets a ton of play. The course was in very nice shape considering the lack of rain.
My only real gripe is the tee placements. Holes 4-7 are ridiculously long from the white tees. This certainly contributes to the lackluster pace of play

SCP in great shape
I have played this course many times 5+ years ago and was impressed with the current conditions. Nice tees and greens. All areas very well maintained.
