The Morgan Hill Golf Course in Easton has a somewhat misleading name since you'll find more than just hills on this challenging course. Be prepared to face a variety of elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. The golf course has a dramatic design that is carved into a hillside, which makes it a hard course to walk but one that is visually interesting and tough to play. It may not be a layout for the faint of heart but the scenery alone is enough to provide enjoyment. Golfers can enjoy scenic views of the river, but scenic respite is the only break you'll get. There is hardly an even lie to be found and the severely undulating greens will test even the most seasoned golfers. Also, be prepared for a slew of blind shots at Morgan Hill Golf Course.

August dryness seen in the middle of May!
I was very surprised to see the fairways already burning out on May 19th. Some greens also has some major issues with burnout and disease. Not sure why they don’t irrigate this course.
Good, challenging course.
Morgan Hill is a fun and challenging tract. Lots of hills, sidehills, downhills...Fairways in great shape. Greens were decent, lots of roll, tough undulations and pin placements were very challenging on a few holes. We call it "in or by" putts.
Traps need work. Friendly staff, great 19th hole. Pace of play was decent too 4 hour round. Put MH on your must play list.
Challenging course !
Hilly course nice conditions greens rolled true but we’re a little slow. Will definitely play there again!
Tough, but fair
My son and I enjoyed the course. We picked a course an hour away from both of us. Normally I walk with a push cart, but I’d recommend the power carts. It was our first time and it was a fair challenge. You need to plan your shots carefully. Helps to know the layout, so I’d recommend their book or a phone app. Traps need a bit of work and the tee boxes need their divots filled in after they move the markets so the grass grows. I give it 4/5.
Course appeal
This course was a little too up and down for my taste. It's not I don't like a course with character, but I prefer something a bit less dramatic.
Great and challenging course
Of course given the season and time greens were slow ...but still love this course.. very friendly staff.. great course
Average course
Course was in ok shape for this time of year. Staff was friendly, course layout is on par. The pace was on the slower end, we had to wait about five
minutes per shot. The round took almost five hours for a Saturday.
To be fair, delay could’ve been because it was a very foggy day, I was surprised they would let groups out in these conditions. we almost got hit several times from the group behind us cause the visibility was almost zero beyond 50 yards.
There are a lot of slopes that makes it challenging but as a side note, the tire threads on the golf carts were so bald that both carts almost flipped over a couples times from skidding/braking down the slope. It makes for a good story but definitely something that could’ve been avoided.
Overall, my honest opinion is this place would be a last resort if i cant find tee times anywhere else.
4 groups on one hole
Not sure how it was possible but 4 groups ended up on 13 with no help from any workers to speed up play. we left early.
