Greens very bumpy and cut too high. Alot of bad spots in fairways.

Great because it was fast
I am a fast, rhythm player so course was perfect for me. I set a personal best record of finishing 18 in 1:50 min. However course conditions are not well maintained and generally poor. There are no amenities and although I only dealt with her at the end of my round the afternoon starter is generally unpleasant.

THe tee boxes and fairways were in poor condition with many weeds and bare spots. The greens hads weeds, didn't run true and had grass growing at least a quarter inch high on them. Obviously they needed mowing and in need of a heavy drum rolling to help smooth them out. extreemly slow greens.

Good value
Good value especially with afternoon rate or hot deals. Greens are always bumpy and slow. Fairways? are thin but playable. Course layout is good . Pace of play is usually pretty good. Staff is friendly.

Nothing wrong about the course layout. However they are in serious need of a good groundskeeper and crew. Greens haven’t been cut or even rolled. I was there about 10 years ago and it wasn’t good then.
