Meadowood Golf & Tennis Club

Meadowood was a lovely course to play. We have HD significant rain of late and it has affected many of the coastal courses. Meadowood staff is doing a solid job of keeping the course playable by restricting access to the wet areas.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, the pace of play was excellent and the course was challenging but not beyond the skill level of an average golfer.

Tee box - ok condition

Fair way- super muddy and spongy wet

Greens - absolutely atrocious, expected better greens after they were being worked on previous weeks

Not worth the money also staff were very friendly and helpful

Hole 10 is probably the worst green I’ve ever seen

Temporary greens but had a good time. Thought that the greens though temporary could be improved somewhat but an interesting course layout overall

All temporary greens so the course was short. Next week the regular greens will be in play but the grass will not be cut on the greens.

If we'd have known that there were temporary greens on every hole, we would never have booked this course. Nobody at the course mentioned it either. There should have been an alert prior to booking.

Whoeve owns this course should be ashamed. Clearly ownership does not know what they are doing. They should sell the course and let someone who cares run it. Great layout but in horrible shape due to neglect.

You can't ask for much more.this course is well maintained. The greens are true even though they look like they have been attacked by animals. Somewhat challenging but nice fairways and tee boxes. Friendly staff.its a great place

The course was laid out very nicely golfer, friendly. Tees were placed in the appropriate places. However, the greens I think could have been in better repair. I have seen worse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All the golfers with me enjoyed the course and said they would like to play it again. Overall, I would give it four star this time.

Tee Box- Poor

Fairways- Pretty Good

Roughs- Pretty Good

Sandtraps- Very Inconsistent ( some good, many horrible)

Greens- Not Good but playable

Played there many times over the last 15 years+.

It used to be such a great semi-private course.

Great layout but just not enough revenue coming in to make it a great, great course like it once was.

A beautiful course with a great layout. Unfortunately, the greens are not in great shape. Not sure what happened to them but definitely a disappointment.
