Needs rain
My first time. Im sure its great when it gets moisture. Grass mostly dead. Greens in mostly good shape.
Greens
Greens need work for sure. Plenty of bare spots to negotiate.
Course conditions
The fairways are only partially watered and where they are watered are in good condition. The rest not so good. The greens are okay on nine of the holes the other nine are, again, no so good. Over all an enjoyable course to play at a reasonable price.

Bumpy greens
The greens were my only disappointment. A few were fine.but the majority were rough to putt . No carts in the fairways but that wasn’t a big problem. Course is fun to play. Appears to be an original 9 with 9 added later with the latter being better designed , longer and more challenging.

Nice design, some greens very poor
I liked the course design and the staff are excellent and friendly, unfortunately they have a problem with about 6 greens.

Very Expensive for what it is
Overall, I’d give this course a 3/5. Our threesome was held up multiple times throughout the day, there is no reason a round should take 4 and a half hours especially with how small this course is. We played from the blues and would wait 5-10 minutes at the tee box almost every hole. Green conditions are horrible and need renovation. It is embarrassing for this course to be charging $50+ a round with greens like these. Very patchy and inconsistent. Carts were rough and cart path only, which helps make the fairways more playable. Fairways were what is expected. Staff friendliness is very hit or miss. I’ve been here when the younger guy is working and he is very polite and professional. However, there is an older lady who works in the pro shop that is rude and condescending as soon as you walk in. As I stated before, this course is not worth $50+ a round. I believe they recently changed their prices which is a little early to be doing so considering conditions are as bad as they are. This course should cost no more than $35-40 a round. I guess the bright side is that it is free for students, however, since I’m military I was discouraged to find out there is no discount for us. Course layout is fine, some short par 4’s, scorable par 5’s and challenging Par 3’s. No complaints there. As far as course amenities, id consider it below average, typical courses have beverage carts, i was surprised to not even see water coolers out on some holes. I definitely think there is room for improvement in that aspect. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be playing this course anytime soon until they improve on at least a couple of the things I mentioned earlier.

Great day to golf
The course is ok, some greats are pretty rough though, don’t know why because everything was overseeded. The price is getting to high now even with GolfNow.

Great Day To Golf
It was a very nice day to golf, the pace of play was really slow, we teed off at 1:00pm and finished just before dark. It was the
Xmas season & some families were golfing with possibly some first timers which was the cause of the pace of play, luckily we had a cart so we had a place to wait.

Rough greens
The sand traps still need work, the greens are rough and slow. With that said, they are making progress, and it’s still fun to play. The staff is very friendly, the fairways are nice. We will be playing there again.

Playing time
We had a 5 some ahead of us that held us up (2 person) should have been able to pass through. The marshal didn’t do anything about it. We’ll be back, hopefully better playing time without a 5 some ahead of us.

Nice Day at Coyote Wash
Golfed with a couple of good people, hardly anyone ahead of us , we moved right along. The fairways are good but some of the greens a a bit rough. But overall it was good.

Greens & Sand traps
Some of the greens could use some TLC. Sand traps were looking tough, very hard ground with debris (weeds and sticks, plastic bag) laying in them.

Coyote Wash, it’s getting better.
Had a wonderful day at the golf course today, pace was a little slow but had some good golfing partners which made it quite enjoyable. The fairways and greens are getting better as the grass is filling in. We don’t mind driving in the rough, gives us some exercise & really protects the grass. Keep up the good work.

Poor green condition
Could be a nice course with good greens and actual sand in the traps.

The greens were in better shape then what they were a week ago. I little cool in the morning and still had some we spots, But getting much better.
