Good experience,
Good price, friendly staff, overall course is in good shape, and a decent pace of play.
This course could be very good.
No yardage markers no ball washers sand traps are like cement. Fairways are good and the greens are good.
great greens and fairways
Great course, some long holes. Greens and fairways were in great shape. The only detractor was a lack of yardage markers and very few sprinklers had yardage plates. Definitely needed an electronic yardage finder unless you are really good at reading distance. It made it difficult at many instances for my entire group.

This is a course that I would like to play often.
It was in very good condition the greens were excellent.
Good for the area
Great course, great layout, great greens, and fairways! Have played this course a number of times have always enjoyed playing it, and will continue to play it. Booked the hot deal for $10 which was a great price! There was a mix up with dates on golfNow when the golf course was open( was closed the day I booked for over seeding) but received a call from the owner who was very nice and kind on the telephone about the mixup and would still honor the purchase for the next day, which I thought was very nice and professional of him to do. Have seen and remember the gentleman at the front desk from previous times playing there, he is enthusiastic and very kind if you play there regularly(meaning a winter visitor to the area), but I found him short and almost rude with my playing partner and myself because we were not one of them. I play all the courses in the Yuma area on a regular basis and all of them have well mannered polite staff as does coyote wash. The difference is if you're not a retiree and live in the area you may not get the treatment regulars get. besides that one time of feeling not as important, the the course is awesome!
Great Christmas Present
Couse was open and only a few players on course. One player said only day of the year that he can get on as a single or twosome. Play was good, greens fast but have seen in better condition. Only thing better would have been refreshment cart available. Very limited staff, only saw one person the whole time. It was Christmas after all. Thanks for being open we will be back for another round especially next Christmas!!
good golf course
As a foursome it was a great pace of play.. We all enjoyed it very much
Excellent value
The greens were great. Overall the course was in good condition. We had to stay off the fairway due to over seeding just coming up, but the fairways aren't overly huge which allowed for not too much walking to your ball. The front nine is basic but love the back holes.
Successful defense of its reputation
My wife and I played the course for the first time. As noted by previous reviewers, and a recent new acquaintance in the Foothills area of Yuma, the course truly was a breath of fresh air... and I'm not talking about the more than gentle, but tolerable, breeze we experienced during our 18 hole event. Excellent greens, very readable, excellently maintained fairways, "interesting" trek from the 6th to the 7th hole... Both my wife and I shot one of our best rounds and confirmed our initial thoughts.. We will be back!
LOVE IT
JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, FROM THE CLUBHOUSE STAFF (VERY HELPFUL)TO GOLFING ON A VERY DIFFERENT COURSE LAYOUT, WILL GO BACK
AGAIN.
FUN AFTERNOON
Course in great shape. Greens excellent. Had the whole place to ourselves
Chief
They just over seeded and the course was in need of being mowed.
Two nine holes that are very different.
First day open after reseeding. Good stand of grass and believe it will be great this winter. course has some challenging holes and the greens can be tough to pitch to and putt.
We had an enjoyable time, the weather was wonderful and the value was excellent.
Great staff
Fun course to play
We visit Yuma every April and this course is always a fun one to play. We can't leave without playing it at least twice.
Love this course
Beautiful course to play. Not too challenging, but then not too easy either.
Loved the ride from Hole. No. 6 to Hole No. 7. Kind of made it very interesting.
Now if someone could only make the heat of late spring and summer tone down some, it would be really appreciated.
Greens in great shape
Very different ,but enjoyable round. Golfnow price brought us here but we'll be back just to golf here again. Not for walkers as extra long distances between some holes, gps use advised as yardage markings nearly nonexistent. For time of year greens are some of the best in greater Yuma area. Locals course. Probably be hard to get tee times after residents come back in Jan.
Absolute best course in Yuma County!
From the minute you walk into the golf shop to finishing your round you will have a wonderful experience! When checking in you are greeted with a happy smile and someone who truly appreciates your business. The course is absolutely amazing! It's always in perfect condition and it is the best course that you can play around Yuma. The views are amazing with beautiful lakes and wildlife. Go there and play you'll be glad that you did!
Very nice , set in desert view on montains
This is a nice golf course. It's not a hard course but it has all the feature .
I love to play this course
The course fairways and rough are in great condition. The greens vary in how good of condition they are in, some are pretty rough. The course plays good for someone who tends to draw the ball a little, but if you hit it strait or even a little right, there's plenty of room for you to adjust to the course. A little distance from Yuma, but I think it's worth the drive.
Great course to play while driving through
I drive to Phoenix from San Diego a few times per year and I have always seen this course from the freeway. So during my last trip, I decided to go play the course.
The fairways are in GREAT shape. The Tee boxes are OK, but cheesy. The front nine had some tough undulating greens.
The only real complaint I have is that the layout makes it tough to know how to drive to the next hole. They could put up a few more well placed signs to help out in this regard. For $13.00 to play 18 holes WITH A CART is not a bad deal at all.
