Great course but slow round

Love this course but today we had a really slow group 3 foursomes ahead of us. Backed up behind us 3 more 4somes. Marshall was around but didnt move the group along, not sure why, there were 3 full holes open in front of the slow group with 7 groups behind! 5:15 round.

Greens, fairways, tee boxes $$$

The course was in prime shape, excellent greens and fairways,, not super visually pleasing with the big fences and dirt the first few holes,,, back nine was a nice layout. YOU GUYS ABSOLUTELY NEED RED WHITE BLUE flags for front mid back pin placement!!! Especially with many elevated blind greens.

Now that they have their irrigation system in and established, this is the best course in the Yuma area for the dollar value.

Great Course, Bad Policy

We have thoroughly enjoyed playing this course many times. It's the most challenging in the area, well maintained, the greens are fast and roll true. Yuma has very low rainfall but we've been rained off the course before and received a raincheck for 9 holes. Apparently, that policy has changed. Several people were in line and all were told they don't issue rainchecks after 1:30.

Rain check nonsense

Rained for about 40 minutes. Several people went in the pro shop but they wouldn't give out rain checks. Only wanted one for 9 holes but she was adamant. No and sorry were the words of the day🙄

Pace of play

The pace of play was terrible! No marshals to help out. The group in front of us took 10 or more minutes on each green. We had to Waite for them for every shot!
