I very much enjoy playing this course. Off season it is not crowded and they offer a complimentary well maintained practice area with driving range, chipping area and putting.
The fairways are in great shape providing consistent lies and healthy, we'll maintained grass. While water comes into play on half the holes, it isn't difficult to avoid in most instances unless you choose to be aggressive.
The greens have recovered from the issues they had a few years back and roll true and fast.
Lost Lakes is definitely one of my go to courses and I play there 2 t0 3 times a month.
