The Champions Club at Summerfield

With public golf getting a little heavy in the pricing department during season. Those of us who appreciate and play good golf you can’t beat this place. Great compact practice area/ with chipping and bunker practice area the range is for short to mid irons only for long hitters but with the layout of this course you honestly don’t NEED to use the big stick. Very large putting green best the starter area. Good customer service, good food with specials being offered daily.

Again I stayed away from champions for quite some time as the conditions were poor but management must have changed and the course is in great shape fairways are clean rough trimmed cleanly and green roll very well with a grain that is tough to read with the greens keeper challenging all skill levels with pin placement. Pace of play was decent. We all know one bad group can ice us all out. ButOverall this place is a great time. And won’t hurt your wallet the way fl club or hammock creek.

The course was in excellent shape. The greens were smooth and fast. I think it's a great deal for the money!

Highly recommend Champions Club! It’s challenging for low handicaps with tight fairways, tiered greens, and decision-making off tees; however, it’s also accessible and playable for new golfers or higher handicaps because most holes allow for approaches to roll up and you can play the ball along the ground from collection areas. Greens roll well and I found them quite tricky to read. This is a target golf course through and through, so bring lots of balls!

Course in great condition with challenging layout. Greens are the nicest and fastest in area. They are consistent and run true.

Beautiful course! Had such a fun day. The starter ,Bernard, was friendly and accommodating. He has a great sense of humor and a knack for remembering names & faces.

For a public access course this is one of the best in Southern Florida. The greens about the quickest I've played, and it took several holes to get accustomed to the speeds. Don't be above the hole on 2. The fairways are generous and fairly easy to hit, even with mild hooks or slices. The greens fees are very reasonable. Best of all, the staff is about as friendly as you're ever going to meet anywhere. I was really wowed by the whole experience, and it won't be long before I play there again.

The Champions Club at Summerfield was in very good shape. The greens were lightning fast. I really enjoyed playing!

When I noticed most of the golfers were seniors who live in the community. The greens are a little used with divots not covered. The layout was good and the course had a good amount variety. The starter Bernard, (sp) was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that the only restroom available was at the clubhouse. There needs to be another one somewhere out on the course. I will definitely recommend this course.
