Lost Lake Golf Club

Played after a lot of rain, range was closed but course was 90 degree rule. The course was in great shape despite the rain. The greens were firm and fast. Fun times!

Played here about 6 times now and every time all staff have been Excellent, the course is in great shape, reasonable for average players with few challenging holes. Off season gives a great op to enjoy this course and highly recommend it!

Love coming to this course, it’s always in great shape! I know that some holes don’t always drain well after a rain storm leaving them a little on the wet side. Other than that I can’t complain. You get free range balls with each round so you are able to warm up before you play! They takes great care of the course so repair ball marks on the green and fill your divots along the course... do your part in keeping this course in great shape!

Very nice golf course, in very good condition with the exception of the greens that were aerated recently. Will definitely go back in a few weeks and highly recommend this course (but call and check to make sure the greens were not aerated recently).

We found everything about the course to be excellent.from the moment we arrived until we finished our game! Great staff attending the carts, store and restaurant. Very impressed and will definitely return and highly recommend the course.

Lost Lakes was in Beautiful shape for the time of year. A few greens being aerated but still very puttable. Maintenance staff was very courteous and overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this course.

Course was wet in spots due to big rain last day or 2. Overall, played long fro blue trees with no roll on fairways but course in great condition; best value in either Palm Beach or Martin counties.

Wow, a round of firsts...bought a Hot Deal and knew that I would be paired with 2 or 3 others—what a trip. Two players rode up to the starter and checked in 1/2 hour prior to tee time. Started fussing that he would not let them off. Ok, not so bad, but annoying to realize that they were my group.

I was in a green side trap and had not entered the bunker when Mr Golf came along with his putter and started to fish my ball out of the trap. I was speechless and watched silently until he was done. I picked up the ball and walked into the trap at which time he said he thought I did not want to shoot out of the trap. Cardinal rule of golf do not touch the ball in play unless to identify it...and especially mind your own business with other players balls.

Why would Mr Golf do this? Is it because I was a damsel in distress? Or because he was a jerk?.? I vote for rude jerk who needs to play with his own balls.

This course is well maintained and the staff is the best in the 4 county area.

Punch lines only...here we go!

Pros:

Driving range has a pyramid of golf ball to practice prior to the round.

Practice putting green is sautéed with practice balls that is indicative to the course conditions.

A practice bunker to hit some shots as a last opportunity to fine turn your game prior to going off to the first tee.

The course was outstanding, LOTS of elevated greens. The green were true and very fast.

Fairways were clean and well kept.

Tee boxes were perfect — keep it that way, fill in your divots.

The course has a member centric atmosphere, so be prepared for multiple personal golf carts. Non-issue for me.

Cons:

There were nats everywhere — don’t expect anything about that.

The greens were saturated with ants, I mean hundreds of ants on each hole. Not sure, but this was the first time I ever experienced anything so polarizing. Normally I wouldn’t care, but when you have to choose between making a 15 footer or getting lit up by a gang of ants. Hard to forget.

To conclude, the staff was hospitality driven. The pro shop staff, the cart crew, the beverage cart staff, and the food/beverage staff were truly incredible.

Lost Lake will be seeing me again!

Surprisingly nice non-private course. Great condition. Beautiful greens. Easy to get to and great value for the price. A couple more amenities would be nice: coolers on the carts, lots of water( Florida is hot, humans need hydration:)

Beautiful course! Understand it is the time of year for aeration, but did not bother us at all. Staff was wonderful! Especially the young lady in the cafeteria and the “cart” man. Will return for sure.

Fun course that’s a hidden gem. Enjoyed playing it this morning. It was nice to have the range included with the fee. The pace of play was a little slow at first, but it got better with the round. The fairways were just aerated and you can tell they will be in great shape soon! The greens were in great condition and rolled nicely. We will definitely be back to play. Well worth the money!

Arrives about 2 hours early to utilize all practice facilities and so to wait for a friend. My first visit so didn't know what to expect. Greeted by attendant immediately who was just wonderful. Proceeded on to putting green then range and chipping area. Range ball's are set up like a 5 star resort. Chipping area also has balls set up for you. All which is included in your tee time. Headed to 1st tee and knew I was in for a treat. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were immaculate. This course shocked me and I can't wait to go back. The only downfall I would say is no GPS and no course layout on hole monuments. GPS is huge and they should really consider it. Other than that this course was amazing.
