Perfect little course for a newbie as well as a pro! Not a lot of water! Greens were perfect. Staff was awesome and the clubhouse was beautiful inside. Definitely will be going back soon.

Enjoyed playing here. Greens are terrific. Teed off at 730am and finished in 2 1/2 hours. Very reasonable rates, friendly staff and a challenging, fun layout. Will be back.

Never mind that it is close to work and close to my house and the price is reasonable and the conditions are prestige. I like to refer to it as my home course.

Course was great shape especially the greens and was challenging but fair.

Great little course to practices your irons and short game, plus you get to use your driver too

We call it our country club. It’s close to work and our homes. Price is fair and the condition of the course is great. Highly recommend it.

This course is good for practice with your irons. If you’re a low handicap you can easily score a low rd here. Im working on swing changes and this course is a good one to do it. Even with a 5 year break of not playing any golf, I mostly boggied holes and a few pars, so good for confidence.:.if you can hit your driver 250 or more yds, you can tear this course up. Keep in mind, their are a lot of new golfers here , so I recommend getting out at 7:30 in morning or earlier if you want a 3 hr round or less.

I’ve played here mss as my times over the past five years. The fairways are straight from tee box to greens. Usually very few areas without grass in or near fairways. The greens are very good shape year round as are the sand traps. Most greens have slight slope.. Just a few with tough pin placement..

Trees are tight on a few holes and water hazards are few and always off to the side. The price is very good for what you get compared to other executive courses.

Overall course conditions have gotten better every year and prices have gone up just a little bit.

I was partnered up with randoms and the one guy soiled himself I believe. It was so bad and disgusting I didn’t even finish the round. I left after 9 holes. I would like some credit back. This is a great course and I never have any issues with this but I was upset today with the manners of some people

After my retirement as a certified PGA professional with classifications at times A1 A9 and A13; I moved to Clearwater Florida , I’m not involved in Golf much these days but I do like a hit a bucket of balls now and then. I live about 2 miles from the Landings) golf course their facility has a driving range that’s all natural grass. Now just like any business owner who cares about customers and the bottom line, I was expecting the management to continually try to improve the range making things better like a leveling the hitting area …. but not a chance! The hitting area for the range is an area that is approximately 5500 to 6000 yd., it’s frustrating to hit balls when I designated hitting areas are commonly set on ridiculous downhill slopes and in deep depressions. A number of times I’ve turned away and went on to another range just a Hope tomorrow and following day they’ll change this ridiculous practice but no last chance I gave them a called the pro shop and asked the tenant on duty do they still have the range tees sit on the downhill slope his reply was probably that’s what they have to rotate these tees I know but good grief put them in a good location close by or back but this is just poor management numerous times I’ve seen management staff practice a nice level plush areas when customers are to play from less than desire tiaras and these aren’t just private lessons I understand that occasionally but they wouldn’t spend their own money to have the customers hit from the locations that they put the tee markers in most times I’ve signed up to volunteer twice when they’re asking but no probably too much knowledge on my part in the business my recommendation is to fill those depression Suppa send so they’re so when they are mature enough always give the customer the best conditions possible and raise the price by a dollar to that pay for the sand and probably make customers a heck a lot more happy and probably in three months or so and pay off the money spent for the sand the in-house putting green project they took probably 1200 yd.² of the best hidden areas which is a shame the new putting green is one of the worst I’ve seen customers who want to practice or putting still go to the old practice green were they removed approximately 1500 yd.² of beautiful paspalum turf on their old practice going to build this joke of a putting green. Now to shortly talk about the course: the greens are usually beautiful, the tee boxes are a disaster …after number one they are horrible full of weeds and again unlevel! On about 10% of the fairways area the grass is wonderful and plush the rest of it is a joke ….No wonder Golf is dying .

Great place to knock out 18 before you hit the beach. I think it’s a city owned course and slowly getting it to where it should be. The greens are perfect, but some of the tee boxes and fairways need some work. But both times I have been out there, they are working on it. Great price for golf and beach afterward.
