Conditions
Had a great day. Met 2 new golfers. Interactions with staff were fine.
Tee boxes here are not good and several greens are in rough shape.
Overpriced for the a course like this. Only a par 63.
Fairways were rough, very little grass, and they were like having a hard pan throughout. The greens were OK. Tee boxes were rough.

Good for a average player
I haven't played this course in 4 years. It is a fun and not to difficult. The traffic was heavy but it moved quite well.

Guy in pro shop needs an attitude check
Honestly wouldn’t waste your time or money coming here. The guy at the pro shop must have been having the worst day of his life because the way he spoke to me was no way to speak to a paying customer. I wish we had just left and not paid. (We showed up at our tee time instead of 5 minutes sooner to load the cart and be on the tee box at our start time so this gives his the right to be completely gross to us) The course is tiny there’s about 3 holes on the front 9 that are >120 yards. So if you only have a wedge and a putter then your set for this place. Don’t waste your time here there are plenty of better courses. Might as well be called countryway of Clearwater.

A fun, short course for a reasonable value. As some other reviews have mentioned, this course is right next to a municipal airport and is rather noisy with constant comings and goings of air traffic. Didn’t really bother me. No marshal to regulate pace which led to a little congestion on the course but nothing too annoying. I’d play again.

Solid Course
Solid course with friendly staff. For someone who leaves the driver in the bag, perfect course for my level of play. Good ,mix of par 3 and par 4 holes. Will definitely be back.

Great course
I selected this course off of the Internet, as it was somewhat close to my stay in Tampa. Was absolutely not disappointed. I played the Palmer course in the morning, and the Saddlebrook course in the afternoon. Those were supposed to be interchanged, but as I arrived, the staff informed me they had a scramble tournament, going out on their regular Saddlebrook course in the morning. They changed my course, comped me money for the change, gave me money off for playing 36 holes in a day, then made my stay amazing. All staff were helpful and directed me when I needed. Only beef I had was with one of the bartenders who didn’t seem to want to be there. Other than that, an absolutely fabulous day of golf! Would highly recommend!

Nice little course
The landings is very unique! Right next to Clearwater Air Park, with frequent training of pilots you will hear planes or helicopters constantly taking off and Landing hence the name. The fairways themselves and green complexes are very well maintained, for a highly played municipal track. Fairways are tight next to each other, and play can get backed up, due to players waiting for fairways to be clear rather than greens just due to safety. Great place for beginners and families, give it a try if you’re in the Clearwater area!
