Clearwater Country Club

Clearwater CC is a fun course. Staff always courteous and friendly. Greens in great shape. Layout challenging. We will be coming back soon.

Excellent round of golf. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were paired with a single. Very pleasant gentleman and knew golf etiquette. Varying terrain will challenge yardage estimates. Water comes into play on several holes. Will play again.

Course doesn’t drain well so it was cart path only which was frustrating for an august round of golf, no club washer on the carts for such wet conditions, no drink cart! But great value for what it is!

staff is very friendly to members. Others maybe not so much. uniformly grassed fairways are a problem., With the money Clearwater has available, a serious upgrade would be appropriate. Have they visited Dunedin?

Course is in great shape. The greens roll nicely. Great track

Tees and greens were very nice. Fairways narrow and sparse. Good course to play.

The clubhouse staff were very nice and professional.

I rented clubs that were Taylormade and in good shape for rentals. The greens were recently sanded but rolled very true.

I enjoyed the layout of the course. It was not overly punitive for the occasional wayward tee. My only negative was I prefer flat tee boxes.

It is a good course, and exceptionally priced. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you’re vacationing in the area and want get in a round of golf.

I plan to go back for another round later this week.

Course has some challeging holes and a fun lay out. Surprised they were able to find the room for 18 holes but they did. Gets a little confusing around the 13th holewhere to go but now I'll know for next time

Fantastic that they allow you to walk. I wish more Florida courses would reward golfers for keeping the heavy carts off the grass that is trying to recover from the drought. Got behind a riding 2some that were extremely slow. It’s pretty sad when old guy walking in 90 degree heat hitting 2to 3 balls off every tee still has to wait on every hole for no reason. Luckily they quit after 9 and I was able to get thru the back 9 in 90 minutes. Course is great and getting better. Only other issue is Ball cleaners are all broken.

Course is in great space. Greens were very good and consistent. Fairways are good as well. Some pockets where there was no grass but, overall very good conditions.
