Minimal grass in fairways and rough around the greens. This makes iron and hybrids hit from fairways difficult. Also chipping around the greens is difficult because of minimal grass.

We liked playing the course and found it fun. my only complaint is that a lot of the tee boxes aren't flat or level. Many were crowned, and many slanted one way or the other. I found that annoying, but still enjoyed the course in general
