The Landings is a perfect course for Seniors, Women, and Children. There are no par fives, and the greens are in very good shape.
Nice executive par 4 course
The staff were friendly and the greens were in great condition
We have the twilight teatime at 5 o’clock. I did not realize until we got there that they required the carts to be turned back in by 7 PM. We were on hole 16 and we had to stop to take the cart back. There was still plenty of light and time for us to finish the last holes, but we were not given that opportunity. I do not recall seeing anything about this when I booked the twilight teatime.
Terrible tee boxes, fairways, layout
Decent greens but everything else not good. Slow pace. Would not recommend playing here unless you really wanna practice irons and have nowhere else to go
Beat greens in Clearwater area
Great course for all ages. Open enough for beginners not to lose a hundred golf balls. Tee to green distance makes it an easy walk, and despite a lot of play - the greens are always good.
Nice local executive course
Great little spot for a fast round. Greens are better than a lot of courses in Pinellas county. Nice spot to work on short game.
Great Value for Decent Short Course
First things first, the fairways and tee boxes are not going to be perfect. Tee boxes aren’t the most level and fairways are thin in some spots.
Green though are immaculate. The layout is pretty fun as well for a short course. Plenty of holes to hit a driver if you typically hit 220-240 like me. Being right next to the air park is pretty cool too if you like planes. They will be coming and going the entire round with the first few holes right next to the runway.
Staff was great. Will for sure be playing this course again. Don’t let the golfers who rate this course 2 stars based off imperfect fairways sway your opinion of this course.
Great greens, rough tee boxes
Greens were amazing, the tee boxes could not have been worse.

Perfect round of golf!
Best round of golf this year! I don’t mean my score! lol The pace of play was excellent! That matters the most! Perfect day! The greens are by far the best kept greens of any course that I have played!!!
The Landings
This course gets better every yeat. The fairways for the most part have filled completely in. The greens are the best in pinellas county. The tee boxes need a lot work. Just not very level.. But overall a good day of golf.
