Disappointing
Second time playing this course and it was in terrible shape. Played it a few months prior and it was decent, but now the fairways are some of the worst I’ve ever played, not a lot of grass felt like you were hitting off concrete and it had just rained the night before and still weren’t soft. The round cost was very cheap but I can see why now. I’d rather pay double somewhere else and have a legitimate round.
VERY DISAPPOINTING
The course was in horrible condition. Not only the greens but the fairways were terrible. Not even close to worth the price we paid... VERY DISAPPOINTING
friendly and safe
staff are safe and friendly at Landings Clearwater I would recommend it for those looking for an intermediate course to play and enjoy not too challenging but pleasant area and grounds are well kept.
Friendly Staff, Forgiving Layout
I have golfed this course for years, and keep coming back for more. To start, the staff are friendly & welcoming. The course is shortish, but does offer a challenge, as the greens are on the smaller side, rewarding accurate tee shots and approach shots. There is a nice mix of short, medium and long (200+ yds) par-3s. While there are no par-5s, the mix of par-3s more than make up for it.
Winter weather
It was cold and raining tryed to contact golf course to see about switching pre paid golf time to a different day! But they were no help! Had to use their chat on their web site as I am deaf but it was useless! So I guess I am out of a round of golf.
First time at the Landings...
Hard to believe, but after about 25 years of golfing in Florida during the winter, we finally--thanks to Golf Now,
discovered The Landings in Clearwater. What a nice course. We also like Peridia in Bradenton... and it's very similar. They're both par 62 or 63 courses which we really enjoy. Played in less than 3 hours. I'm sure we will play it again. The greens are about perfect!
Good for practicing
This is a nice track for practicing on. There are challenging par 3’s and 4’s; not much in the way of water or thick rough and nicely sanded bunkers. Although it does get crowded and slows down a bit , it’s a good value

This course is a nice track
Although it lacks any par fives, the Landings course has a nice assortment of par threes and fours . The fairways and greens are in good shape and play very fairly.. The couple short threes give you the chance to really shoot at the flag; and the theres a couple of drivable fours that are worth the effort. Each gives you the feeling that the pros must have
