Landings Golf Club

this course good for people who need work with irons and fairway woods

I like this course. Still needs a bit of work on some of the greens though.

We all had a wonderful day at The Landings.

Frost apparently delayed the first tee time for an hour Even though the lowest temp the previous night was somewhere in the high 40s. My tee time was 1:24 and didn’t even get a cart until 2:00. Got paired with an older couple that slowed the pace way down. On top of that we got stuck behind a foursome that had no sense of urgency. Played 15 holes before I decided to leave and that was after 4 hours on an executive course. They have some stuff to figure out regarding efficiency and pace of play. The rangers need to be more vigilant on hurrying people along. It should not take more than 3 hours to play this course at any time of day. Not very happy.

Fairways are narrow and short par 3s and 4s. City owned course many better courses in the area for the above average player. Had two grand mother types playing in front of us using one bag, let front desk know about that, may play there.again but not in the near future

I played with three strangers, great guys and I got a hole in one on the 5th hole.. Very exciting. This was my second round of the year!

My wife and I were looking for a quick round on our vacation and found the executive length of The Landings to be perfect.

"Rough" doesn't really exist and the fairways were a little bare in some places, but the greens were all in great share. I was surprised by how firm they were. Even a high wedge wouldn't leave a ball mark but they were still receptive and the shots would hold.

Would definitely go back!

Side note: I end up leaving my wallet in one of the carts. Luckily I remembered the cart number and the staff went out to the course and tracked the cart down and my wallet. THANK YOU!

played here quite a few times as I am a novice at the game been playing little over 1 year

Golf is tough enough.It's very difficult on a windy day.

The greens are fast and guarded by banked approaches. Interesting course.

Beware this course is no where near a 4 star course. It is a good weekday practice course. Short course with lots of par 3's. In its best shape it is a 3 star.

Excellent executive course. Short but plenty challenging. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Greens were in superb condition. Hope I play it again before I go back home

The pro shop staff were very accommodating as was Brian , the head pro.

The sand traps could use more sand and the middle ( white ) tee markers could be a little more accurately placed to coincide with the signage on each tee.

Well after the rain came and went, it turned out to be a fun filled round with Birdies and a lot of pars

Bourse is laid out very good, no par 5s but you still use all your clubs. Would recommend it to anyone.

Lots of par 3 holes to test your shot precision, overall I had a great time playing with 3 other local folks.

Rest of the course is in great shape also very challenging recommend

The course has only par 3 and par 4 holes. It is located between Keen Rd. and the airstrip. It was very noisy but the geens are good.
