Overpriced
I’ve played this course several times over the past ten years. Ten years ago it was one of the two best courses in the area. Since then, housing development and construction has really degraded the appearance. It is a challenging course with a lot of water, OBs and traps, especially from the longer tees. Fairways and greens in pretty good shape, but grass is a little thin. There are now several other courses that give you more bang for the buck.

Value
Golf now must not have been informed on the seeding of greens as this was happening on every green. The course must have been hit hard with the salt water on the entire course, so I see the need for this. It really shows they are trying to clean up and get it back. Pace of play was torture as we waited for shots ahead and ended with a almost five hour round of golf. Don’t think it was courses fault as we had older newbie golfers doing things that were just taking way to much time.( waiting till people are on greens before teeing off, not knowing their carry distance ) ( running carts and walking to balls just to turnaround and walk back for clubs . Hitting allot of second balls just to end up short in same place) Just not worth the money they are asking right now!

Course OK, Staff friendly, pace a bit slow
Course was fine, greens pretty fast and some a bit beat up. Pace was slower, group ahead of us was slow, ranger came around and they were a bit faster for a few holes, then slowed up again. Staff was very friendly and cordial. We would return.

Great experience
During my recent stay in the area I played here on three different occasions. The staff inside and out was very friendly and helpful during all of my visits. My only recommendation would be some sort sign by One Tee Box explaining what tees for a players handicap or maybe the starter giving some suggestions. My last round I played with three younger guys who thought they should be playing the gold's. Definitely wasn't the set of tees for them to be playing.
I will be back next year during our annual visit.

Nice layout with friendly staff.
Course was dry and hard greens. The snack bar and beer hut was closed. They said there was a beverage cart going around and we saw them once but they never came to us in the 18 holes.
The layout and staff is very nice.
