Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club

Everything was really good except for a couple of minor things. The course was in good shape. A few holes had some bare spots on the side of a fairway. Not a bother to my game. Greens were excellent. Tee boxes were excellent. The pace of play was phenomenal. Staff were extremely friendly. The only thing that bothered me was I arrived 30 minutes before my tee time. When I checked in, I was told I was being matched up. I asked when was the last group that teed off. I was told about an hour or so. I asked the pro shop if I could just go out now by myself considering I was 30 minutes early and there were no other people to play. I figured I would be done several holes before I waited for the other person. I was told “No”. I was informed I had to wait. So I did. 2 minutes before my tee time, a staff member from the pro shop came out and said I could go ahead because the other person was running late. This didn’t sit well with me considering I was waiting for 30 minutes at the first tee box. I just don’t understand why I could go ahead and play. However, I will definitely play there again and I do recommend the course.

Overall great place to play. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Course is in great shape. The greens are well kept, cut and rolled. Rates are good too.

Excellent course. Fabulous shape & well groomed. Only played the front nine. A lot of short holes, but they are narrower & have water/houses on a lot of the sides. This makes it very challenging for golfers. We all need to practice our short game.

Really enjoyed it in a great restaurant/bar.

The rating wouldn't stick.

Your ball will end up in three places:

1.) the green

2.) the water

3.) the residence lanai.

Don't think it will land anywhere else.

I was completely surprised of the course conditions s based on the price for 18 holes. I play regularly in the area but this is the first time at this course. By far it had the best greens of all courses I’ve played in the local area. I may make this my home course for iron-practice rounds

Nice place to play for the money. Has all the challenge you need for an executive course. Nice layout.

It’s an excellent course. Primarily par three holes. Great for practicing 8 iron to wedges off the T. If you have inconsistencies in your swing it can be high consequence due to the proximity of houses mere feet off the fairway.

Nice course. Plenty of challenge. The only thing I didn't like, was several pin placements were unfair for the amateur player. Greens were in very good shape.

Narrow fairways. Average speed greens smaller in size, tough to read with speed and break. Overall good layout.

Course was in great shape, both fairways and greens. It was a great value! I would definitely play it again.

Nicely kept. Good lay out. A little tight in a some fairways. Multiple water hazards. Overall it was a fun course to play. Played a little quicker than I desire.

Club Pro was so very friendly and tried to make a very comfortable round.,
