Winter Golfing in Florida

The course was beautiful many water challenges. Very friendly staff. Definitely not a walking course due to the distance between most holes. Will return once a year, but costly for Canadians due to our dollar.

Time has passed by for this course

What was likely a good course some time ago, it no longer has much to offer.

House construction is now at the edge of most fairways and has replaced any scenic view that used to exist.

Clubhouse is nice and food service is fine.

Range uses floating balls.

A lot holes require target shots from the tee.

Greens weren't in good condition.

Green fee should be lowered to reflect the decline of the course.

Rude, racist, and 4 1/2 hours down the drain.

Over 4 1/2 hours to play 10 holes.

Waited 15 min at every tee box.

Totally un organized

The ranger lied and informed us that there was a a large gap 2 holes ahead so instead of waiting we drove ahead.

Just to find out out there was a 4 some ahead of us on every single whole for the rest of the back 9.

Didn’t even get to play the back 9 at all

Jus whole 10.

On top of them wasting my time, money, and opportunity to golf….. the bag boy (a grown man mind you) (mid 40’s) wants to make discriminatory and disrespectful remarks about my name and ethnic background.

I was told by the employees of magnolia landing to “just leave us a terrible review on golf now.”

Private Course Feel

Loved the course and the practice facility. First time hitting balls into a lake. Way to cool. Course conditions decent for the off season.

Lots of water on the course most does not come into play from the forward tees.

This is an excellent course except for two holes: #1 is a par 4 but forces a tee shot into the stiff wind and around a large lake. It requires two long and accurate shots to reach the green in regulation. Then, the cart path to tee box #3 forces the driver into the path of oncoming tee shots. The only other problem was that 2 in my party were long hitters but also big-time f-bomb droppers which made playing with them very uncomfortable.
