Course in Good Shape
Even though the greens were aerated, the course was in good shape. We made it around in a good pace and only got bogged down for 4 holes on the back.

Course under some construction
First time playing the course and I must say it is a beautiful course, The staff was super friendly and helpful and the fairways, bonkers and overall course was outstanding. If the greens would’ve been ready It would have been a perfect score from me. They’re working on the greens so they’re aerated but all in all is a beautiful course one that I definitely will be playing again and will recommending it.

Always worth to play Magnolia Landing
Even the course is a bit challenging due to the water on almost all of the holes, it is a nice course to play.
Friendly staff and really nice facilities at the Clubhouse.
Highlight: Green no 16 with a large Gator.

Greens need a lot of work. Very bumpy. Tee boxes and fairway are

Nice course, poor marshalling
Nice course but fairly tight. We played up one set of blocks from from normal at 6200 yds and I hit a lot of 3W off the tees and that’s a good way to play the course.
No water or ice until the 8th tee and the bathrooms were closed on the front. Not impressed.
No signage about where to get a drink or food after 9 holes but apparently it isn’t at the clubhouse and it’s at a small halfway house somewhere between the 9th tee and the 10th tee. No cartgirl.
No marshall on the course and we waited on every hole except on #9 tee where a guy said he made the group in front pick up and move to the next tee and we had to move to the 150 on this par 5 and even though we had waited on every shot on every hole.
Very poor and lazy way to handle it and that caused us to not see the halfway house wherever it was.
Then we waited 10 minutes on each of the first three tees and approach shots on the back 9 so we essentially got hassled for nothing. Fortunately the group in front picked it up after that. We ended up playing in about 4.5 hours. Not horrible but I’m an 8 handicap and there was no need to hassle us; and a drink or food at the 9 would have been nice.
Other than that the day and course was good!

Good course
Good course. Water basically on every hold. Fairways weren’t mowed for some reason, tee boxes were in good conditions. Greens, not good, not grown In and very patchy. Not one green rolled the same as the other. Slow, fast, all over the place. I’m assuming once they grow in they’ll be much better.
