Golfer Reviews
Great Day At The Course
Love playing here! Playing with friends even better! Can't beat the price, course in very good condition, staff can't be beat, pace of play pretty good considering the crowd, nice to see the pro driving around! Congrats to the owners on course condition!
Nice small track, could use some Rangers on the course to move pace of play along buy overall for the price it's a fun place to play.
Meadow oaks
Not a bad course but tee boxes need some work and the fairways are a little rough ridding in a cart. Number 10 tee box needs some work. Bushes are growing up about 25 yards in front of tee box so you can’t see the fairway from the tee box. I hit a low ball and needed to tee up on far left side where the bushes were a little lower. Definitely needs some work here. Plus, restaurant closes at 2:00 on Sunday so no lunch after golf???
Living The Dream
Played golf today with the Douglas's and a man called Star! Always enjoy playing Meadow and the people I play with! Course is well worth a trip to play if your shopping around for new places! If you've never played here, ask the pro shop for a course guide [it's free] and is a big help! Course layout is good, greens fast and fairways offer a lot of run if you hit your drives low as I do! Can't say enough good things about the staff! By the way, thinking you have too much free time and your friends working or busy, apply for a job there? Signed, a Happy Camper!
Almost, but not quite....
Just one of those odd days when you play - and we've all had them - when you just don't 'connect' with a course.
From the outset, the place just has a bit of a 'run-down' vibe
I always check on GolfNow to make sure there's a range, before I book. GN says there is, but there isn't, just a rather dilapidated hitting net (but it did have a nice chipping, bunker and putting practice area)
Good value for money, and everyone was friendly, but....
The greens were inconsistent - not bad as such, but the speed varied a lot from green to green. I'm usually a good reader of a green, but I'm sure I had 3 or 4 puts that rolled 'uphill' (my fault I know, not the course's, but just annoying)
I'm not a huge fan of Bermuda grass everywhere on a course, and it certainly made for some iffy lies if you were off the fairway (I know, I know...'then don't miss the fairway' !!). Some lies were firm and true, but a lot of bare areas, and some very fluffy rough too. Inconsistent (again) I guess.
Overall, I just felt disappointed at the course. There were some nice holes, pace of play was great (done in 3 hours), but just a little run down everywhere - needs some love !

The conditions at Meadow Oaks are always good.....nice firm fast greens with wide nicely mowed fairways....not too much water or sand, but just enough to get your attention......love playing there.....
A Feel Good Course
As a golfer who struggles at times to play bogey golf, this course offers me the opportunity to shoot under 90.
I’m over 65 and don’t hit the ball as far as I once did. This is a short course that can make you feel good about your game.
I highly recommend this course to those who struggle from time-to-time.
Today I feel good, I shot an 85 and you can too!
It is in great shape now !!!!!!!!!
I have played this course many times since I moved to Pasco County. We have had a ton of rain lately and I thought it would probably be "cart path" today but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes there were a few areas that I had to drive around but all in all the course is in great shape. I can tell that they are putting in the effort to take care of it. I think it is the best now that it has been for quite a while. The course is not super tough but a very nice layout. I highly recommend playing !!!!!!!
Aerated Greens, can't putt for nothing, beside that the fairways were great
Always a pleasure
This course is a surprise jewel in Pasco county. Try it, short from the blues, better from the tips, but lots of fun either way. Greens 8 out 10, fairways 9 out of 10 tee boxes 8 out of 10. Try it you will like it.

Meadow Oaks is always a fun course to play....greens are fast and not too undulating...fairways are cut close, but if you hit a stray shot, be prepared to loose the occasional ball.....
Great Golf
At Meadow Oaks you can always expect good course conditions and pleasant staff.
