Golfer Reviews
Golf at Meadow Oaks
Course was in good shape. Staff was great and carts ran well. Because of virus we could not eat at the lounge. Too bad because food, drink and service are excellent!
Fair price, good service and the course was nice.
Lots of golf clubs, shoes and clothes in the pro shop. Fair prices on everything. Food and bar are usually great here but was not open because of the foolish hysteria around this virus. Will be here again.
Just lost a long time player of 30 years
First off, course is fine for the money. I've played this course since I was 6 years old, 29 years. They lost me today. Was going to buy 2 new polos, I like to spend at the local courses, and they refused to let me buy bc its slow and he was already counting his bank. Im sorry, but the course needs every dollar it can get, and to not want to sell your merchandise when the course obviously needs money, tells me one thing, you don't care. Plus not even nice about it. So, after 29 years, I'm done with Meadow Oaks.
Hi, thank you for reviewing the course. Let us first start by apologizing for the poor experience you had during your visit. Your feedback about the course is important to us. We are working to get everything up to par as the current condition is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We are going to escalate your feedback to our team so we can make improvements before your next game, and we will continue to work towards an excellent experience by using your comment for guidance. Thank you for playing Meadow Oaks Golf & Country Club. We hope to see you again soon.
Excellent Course
The course is in excellent condition which allows a great round of golf.
Great staff and very friendly people
Went out as a single on a couple occasions and made some new friends
Great Staff and course management
We had a foursome booked ahead of a saturday morning league as well as another scramble both 8am shotgun starts. I was a bit apprehensive headed there, knowing with the Covid 19 one cart/6 ft rule that id be in for a long day. The staff and the starter were great! Sent us off on the 1st tee, with the shotguns starting on the 3rd. We were never held up and enjoyed a nice steady paced, Saturday morning round.
The layout is nice, some elevation and plenty of risk/reward shots that make the round very fun. Tees were ok, fairways nice, greens were fairly quick, and rolled smooth even though some seemed to have some overseeded spots with different types and colors of grass. No bare spots at all. Not a long course but its a unique design, always in good condition and the staff is great.
One cart per person, only a few allowed in the pro shop at a time and noodles in the cups for the Covid 19 precaution.
Slow play
While many courses remain open during this coronavirus pandemic, a vast majority have taken measures to protect its staff and golfers by spacing out tee times and removing rakes and raising pins. I guess Meadow Oaks isn't following suit. Not that they didn't take "some" measures they just didn't go all out like most other courses. I couldn't even finish my round due the complete lack of tee time management. I was on hole #1 waiting over 20 minutes to tee off but when I called they were "wide open" My tee time was 330pm. Needless to say I wasted almost 3 hrs and 20$ on the most brutal golf of my life to only finish the front 9. At a time when golf courses should be a welcome reprieve it was a nightmare. I would not recommend.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to review your recent round with us. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced during your round. Please know that this is by no means the standard we strive for as we aim to provide a 5-star experience every time. Working in compliance with the current restrictions and maintaining proper social distancing, we try to do everything we can to keep our golfers safe and in good health. We hope that you understand these restrictions and that you will give us another chance to play Meadow Oaks Golf Club in the future. That being said, please reach out to our team in the pro shop for further resolution in this matter.
Great Day On The Course
Had to wait to check in, understandable with all that's going on. Got checked in and picked up the golf cart and loaded up. Had to wait some for tee time, but soon we were off . Course was in great shape. One of the nicest courses in the local area. Had a dog and beverage after the 9th hole, only 5.00 dollars. Great day on the course, and will defiantly play again. Nice staff, and taking precautions for golfers and making it safe.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars, but we hope you'll give Meadow Oaks Golf & Country Club another try in the near future.
Always a fun round with the girls
Greens are really quite good. Very consistent speeds. No real rough to deal with just burned up dead pan Fairways are green but a little sparse Good news is your ball runs forever
You don’t have to be a pro to score low on this course. Bump and run game works best
Very friendly staff. Love the fish fry on fridays
We will be back. Cheers Fish
4 hrs and 40 minutes
Day was great, course layout was fine, greens were good, but why have a RANGE CART drive around on both front and back once each and not make a suggestion to pick up the pace when a group has between 1-2 hole separation between the group in front of them?? The cart said RANGER on front of it, but the "DEAD" person driving it even when he stopped on hole 15 where we were awaiting again and we made a calm appeal to ask the slow group to pick up the pace. He said yea I saw the gap, but got in his cart and drove the other direction! We are driving away from this course to competitors from now on, in memory of this RANGER's actions. Meadow Oaks doesn't want repeat customers. The group following us said they were done coming back too. Sorry M. O. but you do have competition, who have rangers who care about keeping things moving even at a turtle's pace. Someday your course will be closed and you will wonder why! R. I. P.
