Water Oak Golf Club

It’s a must play if you have never played it before! It won’t disappoint you!

I was stunned. If you ever played this course before the renovation, consider it a new place to try. About the only familiar thing is the trees. Honestly several holes are in the same place, but all greens are no longer postage stamps, and everything is in excellent shape.

There are lots of things to love about Water Oak. It's scenic, a little hilly, and in decent condition. The fairways are often tree lined, but while it's clearly better to find the fairway you shouldn't lose too many balls in the trees. Finding your ball in any of the 3(?) the lakes is another matter though.

If you're in the area then this is well worth a visit.

Layout much improved over previous course. Greens are exceptional to putt and are very true. Fairways are a little hard and with tight lies, should get better with age. Starter Larry is exceptional with details of the course. Ranger friendly as well. Food and beer selection very good. Would definitely return.

Don’t let the length fool you. This is a great track with tons

First time playing this course and really loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and treated us like members.

Very well maintained course. What it lacks in length it makes up for in tight fairways. Challenges on every hole. Had to stay focused on approaches and tee-shots. Love it!! I will be back!!

I never played the old course. The new layout is tighter than most as most of the fairways are tree lined. The greens are smooth and consistent in speed. The restaurant food is very good and reasonably! The price on golf pass is under $40!

I play a lot in the Tampa Bay region, it’s so nice to come play a great course with rolling hills. The course was in great condition! I loved it.
