Bad
This course gets worse everytime I play it. It’s as if we’re playing in a farm field. The fairways are all weeds the greens, wait there seems to be no greens.
Don’t waste your money or time playing. The pace of play was good since no one was playing it.
The price fit our budget but course is in very poor shape. Even tee greens are terrible.

Not getting better with time!
Considering the condition of the course when I this week, it appears that it has gone downhill some. A bit disappointing, considering the weather and the opportunities for improvement. The biggest weakness is seen on the greens with a big number of bare spots. The pace of play was miserable. I started behind a group of five who never allowed me to pass. we waited on every Teebox, and in every fairway for them to complete their shots.
We were low on staff last week due to illness and vacations, there was one grounds keeper on all week. We also had an issue with irrigation, on the back nine holes. Please be patient while thing get back up and running.

What a fun challenging place to play!!
The course is making some changes. Instead of being overwhelmed with these changes they have set up transitional greens on the 2 while that were being improved. Will go back for sure. Enough tee boxes to accommodate hitters of all lengths.

Progress is being made
A few months ago i was ashamed to call this my home course, but im glad to see work being done to get it where it needs to be. To all the people complaining a hole is closed or there is temporary greens.. that happens when you have to replace greens. Deal with it and in time the new greens will be good.

The course layout is nice and everything is fine but the course is currently under major construction with two temporary greens and one hole closed so it isn’t 5 stars but love golfing at lady lakes and will be back when the renovations are done!

Horrible condition!
Played here many times but this was the worst I’ve seen it. One of my putts hit a piece of crabgrass and veered 90 degrees to the left! Granted they are doing a lot of construction on the course, and looks like the rest of the course has been neglected. My backyard is in better condition.

Horrible
Absolutely disgusting staff! The fact that their course is complete junk and they act like it’s top notch is a big “NO” for me. $8 for anybody just riding with you, to cover the gas, at least that’s what I was told. THE LADY IN THE PRO SHOP NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She seemed annoyed to provide services. She actually had the nerve to tell my gf that she needed to cover up more because she didn’t like what she was wearing. Umh i didn’t see any dress code posted and who the “heck are you”! She was just riding with me on a slow Sunday afterNOON with thunderstorms over us and NO ONE else on the course! Not to mention I “paid for her to just ride!” I would have let that slide but on top of that I asked a simple question “ Me: hi, do you offer military discount ?” Her reply: “ do you see where we are at, we would have to give everyone a discount if that was the case!” So, in other words because there’s so many of us our individual sacrifices don’t matter in her eyes. Like I said, high standards, low quality all the way around, course and staff! Greens are horrible, they even had a hole setup on the fairway grass like you can putt on that! Ridiculous! I played there often but now I highly recommend looking elsewhere!

The lady at the pro shop needs to to be fired! She is not only rude but unfriendly. Not a great look for course. I asked a simple questions, “hi, do you offer military discount here for veterans”? Her reply, “if we did we would have to give it everyone out there look at where we are at!” Like if my service or any service members sacrifice didn’t matter because there was so many of us in that area! I’m sorry but I served overseas away from my family close to year to be belittled that way. She also told my gf to cover up more because she didn’t like what she was wearing, not sure but I didn’t see a dress code anywhere.

Course Disarray
The course is going through alot of changes not sure why. The staff did not explain why or that the following Hole number 9 is now number 1. Hole 15 is closed. 2 other holes the "greens" were relocated to the fairway. For the money ($18) it was an okay value but not an great value.

Course in terrible shape
Greens unplayable - two temp greens and one hole completely shut down
We are currently rebuilding the three greens that are closed which will be closed till sometime in the late fall. We aerified the greens about two weeks ago and are working on improving the other 15 greens. Please be patient while we are working on improving the course.

Poor greens
I found it disrespectful that the grounds keeper would not pull to the side and wait for us to tee off. He mowed towards us, knew we were on the tee box then made his turn around and started mowing away from us. Therefore we did tee off and if he was hit with no cage on the mower that’s his problem. The greens were very dead and had large patches of grass missing.

Disappointed
We've played this course many times and have generally enjoyed it. The first few times the course was in excellent condition. Then about a year ago they had some trouble with the greens. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse. Some greens, there was barely enough grass for a hole placement. Weeds were everywhere. I'm very sorry to write this review because I really love the small, family type courses, but I can't recommend this one anymore. The sad part is that they need some money to improve course conditions, but with the way the course is now, not many people will want to play there. We say 2 other groups during our entire round. I really hope they get it back together, but it will be some time before we play there again. Sad.

Horrible
Pace of play - horrendous sometimes. Groups of 4+ older folks sometimes that can barely move around but wont let you play through.
Course conditions - absolutely destroyed. This was my home course, a year ago it was a good looking course. Now? Dead tee boxes, greens, and the fairways arent far behind.
Staff friendliness - theres a woman that works behind the counter, never had an issue with her. The grounds crew however pulled up on me fast (almost hitting our cart) yelling and cussing because “we drove on the green” however i stayed on the opposite side of the cart signs. Oh and also weeding water seems to be important to them instead of maintaining the course. Yes, you read right, weed eating the water on hole 17.
Value for money - currently? Not worth it at all. Currently id pay 15 to play here. 20+ here on this destroyed course is robbery. Pay a few dollars more and go a few more minutes down the road to Stonecrest. Way more bang for your buck.

Trash course conditions
I left ONE divot unattended (my fault i own that) but the ranger whipped up on us cussing us out, yelling about my divot and “driving on the green” which was not the case.. but i dont understand how my one divot affects the course conditions when 16/18 greens are completely dead, every tee box looks like someone took a shovel too it. Quite unbelievable seeing how this “was” my home course. Spent countless money and rounds to work on my game here to be treated like absolute trash. Spend 5 more dollars and go to Stonecrest. Much better course conditions and a friendly staff
