I Recommend This Course
Greatly surprised
Coming from South Florida I grew to expect a course during the off season to be either under renovation or preparing for the snow birds and cooler months. Water Oaks was fantastic, the greens were clean and green, the fairways were cut and the overall layout was surprisingly challenging. For this price, down south I’ve grow not expect much for a course in a mobile home community. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on returning many times.

This course is impressive! The elevations make this Par 70 a great course to play. It is well maintained with fantastic views and great greens that run true. The staff were courteous and welcoming. This course should be on your radar!

Best Kept Secret
We played this course for the first time and were very impressed. The course is in great condition! The entire course is well maintained with great grass throughout. The greens are pristine and roll true. The elevations are a welcomed bonus and the views are great. The staff was fantastic…very nice and welcoming. This course is truly a hidden gem and a must play.

Terrific Layout
Can't say enough good about this course. Just a joy to play, Love the doglegs that are a factor off the tees. Play the right tees and this course is really fun to play. Greens were perfect and putted about 11.5 to 12 on the stemp. Par threes are gorgeous and can be challenging. Both my wife and I can't wait to play it again. It was a good 1 1/2 hr drive but we will do it again with friends next time. All the workers were just so helpful.If you're near Lady Lake it is a must play course. At 77 yr old it was a great day for us.

This is not a bombers course. It takes aiming and shot placement to score well. It’s in great shape.
