Harbor Hills Country Club

Course was in okay shape, greens are a little slow, fairways were good, tee boxes were all domed needs a little work

The Lloyd-Clifton designed par 72-championship golf course is best I've ever played. none of those silly fairway obstructions that needlessly slows down play. Great use of the natural elevation change to expose lake views, and to challenge golfers, on both up and down hill approaches. fades and draws are required to finish with your best score. LOVE IT

I'm assuming the staff listened to earlier reviews, the rough was fine. The fairways and greens are immaculate. The pace of play was outstanding.

My only suggestion, have the Marshall work with players to repair divots and ball marks...I fixed at least 3 additional ball marks on each green. The course provides great sand to fill divots, but many were left bare.

I will be back to play this fun and challenging course!!

The staff were top notch and very friendly and helpful! I would go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic views too

Great track; fairways and greens in great shape. Staff does a good job - even with the little things like cart delivery as you drive into the parking lot, cleaning clubs and loading clubs into your car when done.

For the money Harbor Hills is a superb value

Cut The Grass. 3 simple words that could turn this place around. Great layout. Great bones. From the tees to the fairways to the rough to the greens. Mow it and not only would I come back, I’m thinking a lot of people would come back. Main problem is likely that they’re so far outside of the Orlando area that they don’t think they have to pay attention to details. But they’re wrong. Beautiful day today and besides some young kids tournament going on the tee sheets looked wide open to me. Invest some money in maintenance and this place would shine. Especially the greens. Great shape. Slow as anything I’ve seen in Central Florida. It’s annoying. Mow. Then we’ll talk about the bunker maintenance. One step at a time. Please.

I guess they were getting ready to host the U.S. Open because if you didn’t hit the fairway, you lost your ball. other than the extremely high rough the course was in great shape

Mow the rough or provide more time in between groups. I would see where my ball would land and still wouldn't be able to find it because the grass was so tall.

Course was beautiful but certainky niy easy. We really enjoyed the different elevations and the course was in very good shape. Only complaiant there...the rough was crazy...lost a couple balls just a foot or 2 off the fairway...thats too harsh for amateurs. The price was great...48 with golfnow. The staff was very friendly. The pace of play was excellent because we were the only ones there....heat was ridiculous. The 2some we were joined with were amazing and we had a great time together. Only complaint,..the other 2some got there 30 mins before us and the starter wouldn't let them out alone. That's not coll when there's no one else around but luck us!

This course is a good test of golf. The layout is 18 holes that each have individual character. This was my first time to play and no two holes felt so similar that it felt I had already played the hole. I recommend this course.

First time playing the course. Been wanting to play for awhile. Rolling hills on a FL course, always good 👍. Layout. I really liked the layout and challenge. Course for the most part, very well conditioned. Close to and on, the green's were very slow. Probably because of all the rain 🌧 we've had lately. Too bad it was such a long drive (about 1 hour). Would play a lot more often.

Greens were very slow not what I have grown to expect from Harbor Hills maybe better next time

By far the best course I have played on in and around lake county! The pace was super fast though for a foursome. Twosome right behind us were on top of us felt rushed on the greens. The layout of the course itself was outstanding. The restaurant in the country club their staff was fantastic. The rest of the staff were just there nobody was friendly, no smiles and got bad vibes off them..

Although, at the time of play, the course is being airated, it was still enjoyable.
