Nice little hidden gem
The greens are fast and true. Fairways need some work. Great sandwiches and friendly staff.

Hospital
I didn’t get to play the course. I was in the hospital. Went in on emergency. I didn’t have time to contact golfnow. It’s not a easy thing to do to try to cancel a round of golf.

Great Traditional Golf Coarse
First time playing Cleveland Height. Great track, fast play for as busy as the coarse was. I will return for more!

11/26 Cleveland Heights
Love this course, but today the green were the worst condition ever. Grass was long.
I can only hope they are better next time.
Thank you for your feedback. We over-seeded the greens on Nov 15th, 16th and 17th which impacts playability for about 10 days. We have to let the over-seed take before it is mowed or it could be pulled out of the ground. The golf course is in very good shape now. Maturity vs. Youth
An annual game with my son-in-law, his dad and brother. A good track for occasional players, well-run by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Greens were a little beaten up but pace of play was excellent; we played in less than 4 hours.

Shame on The City of Lakeland
Mow the greens and hire some starters that aren’t prima donnas….. please.
Haven’t played here in about a year and nothing has changed except the greens are worse. Such a shame to let this continue. At this point, I guess I’m in favor of the growing majority to just sell the property off and build homes out there. The city seems to have every other park (especially Tiger Town) looking great… why is this place such an ongoing train wreck?

Terry, thank you for the feedback. It is that time over year when we over seed the greens and tees. This protects the dormant Bermuda Grass from the cold weather and the large amount of play that we get in the Winter time. Green heights have been lowered and the facility will be very playable. Just ok
The C course was not in good condition, grass is very sparse but the greens were good but still not a good value.
The B course fairways were much better but the greens were shaggy which made the overall round just barely acceptable.

Excellent Starters
The place was jammed when we arrived but the starter masterfully moved groups to the 3 nines and to our surprise we finished in less than 3 hours!

Nice course
Very nice course for the money. Sand traps need some work but other than that very well maintained. Also some tough holes to par.

A played great. C played v e r y slow. Had to wait on every tee. Most likely will not play on a week-end again.
