16 of 18 greens are good and fairways are in good 80% of the time. Few bare spots.

First time playing since the course started looking bad several years ago I wasn’t coming back till it got better saw some reviews the last month saying it was looking better so I came to see for myself it was ok notching great but not horrible I wouldn’t pay no more than $25 because it’s not all the way back some greens need attention with bad spots but other looked ok tee box and fairways were also ok looking nothing great but not terrible

The greens were very good much better than last year. Fairways were a little had and could use a little more grass.

First time playing here, but I was treated to a course guide, and paired with a twosome. Beautiful venue and challenging but very fun. Greens were perfect, too. I'm coming back.

The Course was in good condition, it was the greens that really need help, if they get the greens 9n par this course will be outstanding. The Greens are really terrible.

Tee boxes show that there is a lot of play, many divots. Greens were ok

I played this course for the first time over a year ago. Recently played it for a 2nd time and the hiring of the new greens keeper was very evident. Course is in great shape and and its deceptively challenging. Tight fairways and an abundance of water makes you play smart. Has a lot of risk-reward holes which really makes you play within yourself.

The course did have a few rough spots, but for the cost the wife and I were very happy with it. Lots of different style holes and scenery.

We played in the afternoon and it was not crowded and we were able to play at our own pace.

I recently joined a friend for a Saturday mid-day round at this course. While the course itself was in decent shape, the greens were a bit rough and had recently been sanded. One major issue we noticed was the inconsistency in the groups around us. Groups ahead and behind kept changing, which disrupted the flow of play. It became clear that resident golfers in personal carts were jumping in wherever they wanted, rather than starting from the first tee. This completely threw off the spacing and pace of play. The course ranger needs to enforce a stricter system and ensure residents stick to their scheduled tee times.
