Huntington Hills Golf & Country Club

Overall amazing for the money. This was my second time here. Staff is always great. However, this time, fertilizer truck was still doing its thing and trashed some of the holes. It left tracks everywhere. Other than that it was good.

Nice track with a good mix of short and long holes. Part three are challenging, and it plays much longer than the yardage on the scorecard. It is well-maintained,hilly and interesting.

Nice course, friendly staff, and in good condition. This course is always a pleasure to play.

Fairways were still wet in many areas from the rain last week. Greens are in good condition but 2 paced.

After the tropical storm the course was a great option. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The course was in good shape and had a blast. Our only complaint is no cart attendant!! 95* and nothing!!

Great course lay out that is fun to play. Greens were mowed right and fairways were perfect. Tee boxes needed sand boxes so golfers could fill after there shots.pin placement was at 3 and some flags were 4 yards from back edge which makes for a challenge. Clubhouse personal very helpful. Got a draft beer at the turn. Took the day off work and it was worth it. A day of golf is better than any day at work.

Course in good condition some greens ha a few bad spots but no big issues greens rolled good medium-fast it’s a $25-30 course if u can get a deal will play again

First time playing here but definitely won’t be the last! Definitely one of the better options in Lakeland. Driving range was very open and in great condition. The course was also in very nice condition. There were a few rough spots but overall a very nice course with a semi challenging layout. Pro shop staff was very friendly and patient.

Don’t let the yardage fool you. Challenging course from any tee box. Pin placement can have you putting in some tricky situations. Large greens but with the rolling hills they can be tough. Lot of blind places to get you i to trouble. Would definitely play this course again.

Pros:

Course was in great condition, tee boxes and fairways were tip top shape greens were in great shape.

Pro shop had a good veriety of balls,tees,hats,drinks,and some clothing. Hot dogs and snacks at the bar for the turn. Overall appearance of the course was lush and green, a very welcoming site.

Cons:

Although greens were in great shape, they were furry which was OK considering rain, but unrolled which made for slow inconsistent putting.

Traps were hard and seemed untouched for the most part.

Conclusion:

Definitely a must play if never played, I'll definitely play again, hoping the greens will roll true.

For 20 dollars, the course was great. Only thing I would put as a negative was we had to play the back 9 twice, which was not disclosed until we got into the pro shop. Also, there was no water coolers on the course, only a hot water fountain. Other than that, pace of play was great and conditions were prime for summer in Florida.
