Very well maintained my greens amazing fairways superb! I played the North course well definitely try the south course.

Open fairways, friendly course. Very good condition. Would play again on a hot deal. Not worth $100+ for a round.

This course has definitely been the most consistent and offer the beat amenities in the Cypress area! I love playing here. It isnt innits best shape right bow and I still enjoy it more than most.

Played the North Course, it is an excellent layout and is in excellent condition given the extreme heat of the past 2 months. The Desk Lady, Alex, is very professional and cordial to course guests. I recommend BlackHorse Golf courses as a fantastic venue for a day of golf.

Course is in immaculate shape. Staff was friendly as can be. I got a hot deal which made it an even better value. I paid full price last time I played and it was worth it at full price so any discount is a must.

Course was in great shape. Had no one in front of us. Greens were tricky fast with the grain and medium against the grain. Had a few spots in the fairway that you better know where to hit it or it's off into the water or rough. Fun day.

Played this course during the super dry spell, starter said they hadn’t had rain in 50 days, and it was still in great shape. The greens were amazing, they were true and had no blemishes.

Greens were in great shape. Fast and very true. Fairways could use a bit more water, but they were slick and fast too. HOT but overall a good day at Blackhorse Golf Club.

This course has one of the nicest clubhouses out of any course in the Houston. We played the north and the course isn’t that challenging. With exception of few dog legs, it plays pretty straight. The greens were in good shape, and played fast. The fairways and tee boxes were in okay condition. Overall I think it needs some more upkeep to be on par for the price that it usual is. One of my complaints was that the yard crew was trimming bunkers during play. They never stopped even though I was chipping 5 feet away. The office staff and Marshalls were great though. Overall I’d say this a 3.7 overall. A 4 for Houston public courses. If you can get a deal, I’d play. I don’t think, in its current condition, that it’s worth the full amount.

I’ve played this course just a couple of times over the course of the last few years (due to Covid-19) and this particular visit, the staff (with the exception of one person at the restaurant bar counter) was extremely polite, professional and welcoming!! They were thrilled that I was there and that made me feel special! That doesn’t happen much these days since the pandemic!
