About
Once home to one of the world's largest herds of Jersey dairy cattle, the site is now the Jersey Meadow Golf Course. The course has evolved and changed dramatically over the years, including a major renovation in 2004 that replaced all the greens with Bermuda grass. The layout is routed through groves of mature oaks, providing a secluded feel to most of the holes. The golf course has a classic design that is still a fair test even by modern standards. Water comes into play throughout in the form of ponds, lakes, and winding creeks that weave through the holes. The 14th is a particularly memorable water hole with a creek all along the left side leading to the island green. The fairways are tightly lined with trees and the greens have subtle but tricky contours.

New facility is amazing
The new clubhouse and building upgrades look great. There were a few dry and dirt spots that were in play is the only reason I can’t give overall 5 star.
Lightning occurred for the third straight time without rain
Enjoyed the course. People were very nice and helpful.
Great Conditions, Challenging Layout
Beautiful course, brand new PS and simulators. Challenging layout, pace of play was great, not crowded. Only upgrade needed is the golf carts, power steering is a bit tough, but that would be nitpicky.
The only complaint was the pace of play, got stuck behind a group of 4 playing from the tips. They had no business playing from the tips. The marshall was notified, but nothing done about it. Everything else was excellent.
Course in good condition. Round of play could improve but it is difficult to control golf beginners and hackers need to install another restroom overall price of round is good
Great course and very friendly staff. I will definitely play here again! The only thing I missed was the drink cart. I don’t think it was working that day.
Tough greens
The pin placements were brutal and the greens were fast, so birdie and par putts were near impossible, but I overall liked the challenge of the course
The rough zones were very high and with a lot of cut grass.
Nice Hot Day
Facilities were very nice. A lot of excellent renovations. Great day of golf but a little Hot.
The good and the bad
The golf course is in pretty good shape with the exception of the aeration of the greens and ruts a damage caused by the recent rains and golfers, (including groundskeepers) driving in the saturated areas of the fairways. If I was the grounds superintendent, I would make it rule #1 that groundskeepers stay clear of these spots. I watch them drive into these "sloppy" areas on three different hole yesterday
Overall, the course is playable and the water loves to swallow golf balls as always!!! :)
Fun Course
I enjoy playing this course. The layout is fun. Over the past couple years they’ve done a fantastic job of getting the greens in much better shape. It seems like they are always working on upgrading the course. I played on a Sunday afternoon and we played in 3 1/2 hours. The pace of play was amazing. The pro shop staff is as friendly as any public course.
