Very compact course with a confusing layout. Many tee boxes face multiple greens, making it difficult to know where to aim. Accuracy is essential, as missing the fairway often puts you in the line of play for other groups.

Tee times were scheduled too closely together, which led to a crowded pace of play. Additionally, several holes were cart path only, which slowed things down further.”

If you want it sharper or more blunt, I can tighten the tone even more.

Love Jersey Meadow. They’ve added some great upgrades to the clubhouse, including two simulators. The staff are very friendly, the course is well cared for and manicured, and the greens are in excellent condition!

It’s a shame the pace of play here is always so slow, even on weekdays. The layout is interesting but the Marshalls literally don’t do anything about slow pace of play

This is becoming a real jewel in the area. Greens are well maintained - fairways were a little dry but grass was healthy. Bunkers were kept up and playable. The only real issue is the pace of play. We were behind a very slow foursome and never saw a Marshall driving around. He was set up at one location but not much he could do. I will return and play again, unless pace becomes an on-going problem.

The onsite restaurant is good too. Definitely worth trying it out.

Course is in overall poor condition. I would rate greens a 5 out of 10 and the fairways a 2 out of 10. Way overpriced for a goat track.

What used to be in atrocious golf course is now a great golf course. Give them a chance again like I did. You will be impressed. Tea to Green I know is the same.. but there have been improvements to the fairways. You'll see most of the money went into the greens and the new clubhouse.

Pace of play was so so so slow.

Too many ego players playing from the blue, don’t hit long, can’t hit straight, standing waiting for others to get off the green on every hole, even on par 5 after their drive barely pass the lady tee. Hit like 5, 6 times and still not on green on par 3.

Course marshal is no where to be found.

5+ hour round is not a course to come back to.

Marshall and starter are both pretty condescending and rude. Fairways were in mediocre shape. Greens were in great shape, but every pen was placed very poorly on the side of a slope where it was almost impossible to keep it put near the hole. For the high price tag this course requires it’s just not what you would expect. I’d recommend going to Glenlock Augusta or Cypress Wood instead.

Guys! Great course! My only issue was the geo-fenced golf carts. There are parts of the course that the cart simply shuts down on. It was a tad frustrating. I would recommend easing the geo-fencing, especially when you consider the Marshall was Johnny on the spot.

Lastly, I definitely recommend hitting the practice green. The greens were rolling at least 13 on the stimpmeter!

Beverage cart lady Alysia was all over the course hustling, I rarely see the beverage cart more than once or twice a round and she came by 3 times to take care of our group by hole 12-13! If she wasn’t leaving for the day she probably would’ve found us again. She was friendly and funny! Pro shop staff also very nice, course was a little dry and greens super fast but still a fun time on the course. I would recommend coming to Jersey Meadows and I will be back before I leave Houston.

Excellent course for the money, they have the carts on a timer, which works well. Most of the time one thing that they could improve on is when guys are playing a little slower at times they’ll be a hole or two in front of certain groups that play slow and they need to make sure that they keep those guys up to pace with the course rather than worrying about the timer on the cart aside from that great course great management Mario in the clubhouse excellent bartender
