Golf Advisor: Top Courses in Mexico (2023 #19)
Reviews
Way to rip-off the tourists
It is such a shame that this lousy course charges over 80.00 every time. We paid 59.00 on a Tuesday because we were invited by a Bajamar resident; otherwise, it would have been 89.00. Lousy course, nothing spectacular about it. Greens and fairways lacking luster and beauty, not quite well kept. Summarizing... a rip-off to the public. In the USA, for such fee, you may play in a top-notch course. Never going back, really!
Horrible Conditions
The course is in horrible conditions. The fairway and most other areas are completely dry, often times hitting of the hard, dry dirt.
The only areas that look okay are the greens, other than that, including any hazards/water are horribly under-kept. Not at all as advertised in the photos. One day this will be a great course, but as of right now, it seems that it lies too far away from civilization/don't get enough golfers to have it be worthwhile maintaining it. The worst part is that they were trying to charge $50 for it.
