A good day at golf
A very good day at the golf course. The transportation from our place to the golf course. The course was very nice We will go again
Worth it.
Course has a nice layout. Greens are good. Some fairways get tight on backside. Pace of play was only problem. Almost 5 hrs. Would play again though.
It was great. The layout is nice the pro was very accommodating. I would recommend it, the pace of play was perfect!!
Best Value
Of the three courses we played this was the best deal and also uncrowded . All the drinks and food were included. I booked it on Golf Pass or Golf Mexico
Amazing!
The course was in great condition and service was great! Saw a crocodile, iguanas, a snake and coatis! Lost lots of balls which was expected. The 14th hole has ocean views that we’ve paid for! There was no players behind us so my partner and I felt pretty relaxed , no rushing… was worried it might too hot but wasn’t felt that hot because of lots of wind.
Over all, it was an unique experience of golfing in the jungle on the Caribbean coast of Mexico! Highly recommended!
Gem of a course
Beautiful Niklaus designed course. Very tight driving course with water on 16 of 18 holes. Bring lots of balls if you don't hit it straight. Course conditions were top notch, except for several bunkers which were under repair (rocks, no sand, mud).
Rental clubs were Callaway and in decent condition.
Nice surprise was all food and drinks (including beer) was included in the price both on-course and in the clubhouse restaurant.
Great Course!
We have played Moon many times. We found the staff at Riviera to be far friendlier, and the course was beautiful. Food and beverages were great. Will definitely return.
Great Course with Lots of Water & Rough Hazards
If you're playing the Blue & White tee, 16 out of 18 holes require you to Tee-Off over wide span of water & rough hazards. The course layout is challenging and set in a mangrove/swamp environment with lots of wild birds & iguanas though we didn't see any alligators. The greens and fairways condition are good except for the sand bunkers that are clumps of gravel/ lacking sand.
As the GolfNow fee includes food/ drinks and also free round trip hotel pick-up, it does not provide bottled water. They served water with ice cubes in a cup. WORD OF CAUTION: DON'T DRINK THEM unless you want to get diarrhea and ruin your game like my wife did after hole#9.
Overall, Riviera Cancun Golf course is a great course and we are going back the next day to play it again.
Great Cancun Golf
Very good Nicklaus course carved out of the seaside mangrove swamp with crocs, iguanas, and koatis running around. Greens in great shape, long par 4s, although there are wide fairways if you do not hit it straight it is in with the crocodiles.
The best course of the 4 I played!
I have played 4 different courses in Cancun. This was by far the best of the 4. The price, the golf, the food were all fantastic! I give it an excellent rating on all measures.
