Puerto Cancun Golf Club
About
Puerto Cancun Golf Club has an ideal location nestled right in between Cancun's hotel zone and the downtown area. The course is a Tom Weiskopf design that allows the natural beauty of the tropical landscape to be the star. You're never too far from the water on this golf course, with several holes that play along the shoreline and the Marina. Almost every hole offers views of the sparkling blue waters of the Caribbean. Puerto Cancun Golf Club stretches to just over 7,200 yards from the back tees with holes that will test both your distance and your short game skills. The winding fairways demand accuracy and there are strategically placed traps along the greensides. The final hole is a memorable one with a green that is situated on an island in the main canal of Puerto Cancun.

Breezy Par 3 Ocean Hole Photo submitted by Danny2317963 on 11/30/2015
Course is in a great shape.
Excellent course conditions. Beautiful layout. No waiting at all. Wish they have food cart.
You would have to be an idiot to play here
Save your money. Lots of construction. Totally disorganized. Rude staff. As big a waste of $140US as I can imagine.
Stay. Away.
Very well kept with good layout
Course is very well kept, and maintained. Within the Cancun city views and couple of nice ocean holes.
Good value for money booking through Golf pass.
Pro shop is overpriced, but it is not over priced as much as other resort courses around.
Great course
If you’re looking for a great course in Cancun this is it. But lacks restrooms & food/beer cart only showed up 1 time
Cancha sonada
..sobre todos los hoyos contra el mar
Happy Golfer
This rating could have been a 5 star but cost can be a little high. Staff was great lots of help in the cart staging area
Tight lies
I was a single with a noon tee time hoping to get paired but, evidently, midday is a bit hot for the masses on a Tuesday so I flew solo and, after shanking everything off the free range, I was glad of that. I doubled the 1st and bogied the second and rationalized that the rental clubs were to blame. I played from the blues which made the course long (but the balls travelled because of the heat) and it seemed that most every 3 and 4 par were over 195 and 450 respectively but I began to chip well and had a bunch of tap-in’s to save par. You have to get ready for slowish greens I imagine to save them from the sun and wind and there are some picturesque holes on the water. I shot 7 over on the front and one over on the back after doubling number 18, so not a complete tragedy. I’m not a big fan of courses surrounded by huge buildings, I get enough of that being from NYC. Aside from that the staff was really nice and the conditions were great if you like tight lies which I’m used to. I would definitely recommend this course.
