greens were nice, but tees and off fairways need serious maintenance

The greens were in great condition but the bunkers were just hard dirt with gravel, more of a waste area. some the T-boxes did not have grass on them , they need some work. I do realize that the it will take time to get the course in the proper condition for the new owners as it was not in good shape when they took it over.

Terrible tee boxes and bunkers have no sand…. Just poorly maintained

On hole 16 there were 4 pick up trucks, several pieces of landscaping machines, and about 8 workers all working on what looked like the sprinkler system. My tee shot was just off the fairway, it almost hit a truck, to hit my second shot they had to move a truck. It was a bit of a joke.

I understand when a golf course needs to do work on a golf hole, but I would suggest telling patrons that hole is just unavailable to play for a day, instead of creating a dangerous circumstance for the workers and a very uncomfortable and slow hole to play.

Also the pace of play was excellent on the front and painfully slow on the back, I assume that the construction on hole 16 was the culprit of that as well.

And to top it off on hole 18 there was a worker who had a big hose ran across the green and a cart parked right next to the green

Overall if the maintenance work had not been going on, I would've given this course 4 or 5 stars, it was a fun layout and overall was in good shape, but the work and obstructions was unlike anything I have ever experienced on a golf course.

This is a great course and the staff were very friendly. Even with only a few water hazards it was a challenging course. The greens were very stingy!

Course conditions were not great. Yes playable but far from good. The course design is quite unique, playing this course several times would be a big advantage because there are a lot of tee shots where you can’t see the landing area. Greens and fairways were decent in both speed and grass conditions.

It was pretty cold but clear and sunny; fortunately it was not windy. The greens were a little hard and fast but rolled extremely well. Not crowded so a leisurely round of golf with my son. Cart/beverage girl kept us well serviced. Accomodating staff and starter.

Not impressed with the golf course. At least we managed a reasonable price through GolfNow. (Still over priced @ $50.00 US each, and we played at 1200pm. I realize it is 28 November 2022, but the course was in pretty rough shape. The greens were smooth and not overly fast, thankfully, because there are some severe undulations on them. Be aware, there are sand traps aplenty, albeit most were filled with a lot of stones! Some pretty large, I should have taken a photo, I’ve never played on a course with bunkers like those. We just took a drop out of the bunker and played on. Golf cart was pretty dirty, obvious no one power washed it. The course Marshall was very friendly! Pace of play was good, we finished I just under 4hrs. Don’t believe walking the course was given as an option. Too far between some holes anyways. Didn’t have a very good experience with the bar staff a few days prior, as we were doing a recce of the course. Waited 20 min for a hostess to come say hello, after I went inside and asked. Hmmmm. Anyhow, as a tourist, I won’t be returning here and will not recommend this course. I believe they can do a lot better then this. Sorry!

The course is getting back to it once great form. However, the drive around marshalls did nothing for the pace of play. The group two groups in front of us had a least 2 plus holes open. The marshall could of easily know they were holding up everyone and said something to them.
