About
Eagle Lakes Golf Club is situated just minutes from Olde Naples and Marco Island. It lives up to its name, providing a round of golf accompanied by a pair of bald eagles that call this stretch of the Everglades home, along with an abundance of other wildlife. The course design represents classic Florida golf tradition. There is no shortage of water anywhere on this golf course, it comes into play in one form or another on every hole. They may all have water but that might be the only common characteristic they have. Every hole presents a unique challenge. The golf course is wide-open, which also makes it subject to the prevailing winds. Eagle Lakes Golf Club's final hole is a lengthy par 5 with water surrounding the fairway and all along the left side.

Golfer Reviews
Really nice course and very friendly staff. The fairways are not good and need to play lift and place. They are redoing the fairways and greens this year. I can’t wait to play the course when complete. Good value for the money.
Staff here was the shinning star. The greens are not bad the fairways need a ton of work.
Intimidating Water
I have never played a course with so much water in every direction. I believe every tee shot had the potential to find water and more so if you are left handed or tend to draw the ball but not so much if you have a gentle fade. But with all the surrounding water I was amazed at how hard the greens were which was disappointing because anything short of the green was soft and would die resulting in what felt like penalties. I did like the layout and as a straight hitter did not succumb to the watery tombs the entire round. I would love to play the course again after an early morning sprinkle to soften the greens.
Good course, didn't liike the added costs
We booked the course on Golfnow and arrived a half hour early. Our bags were taken from the car and placed on a cart. we were directed to park and then make our ways into the por shop.
As is what we considered normal, we payed with a credit charge. This came with a 2.5% charge for using a credit card and a further charge of 2.5% for gratuity for staff.
These 2 items shoukd have been explicitly posted on the web site. As for gratuity, if we get good service we tip, if not we don't..
As for the golf, the course was in great condition and with different tees to challenge most golfers.
If not for the initial fee frustration I wouldrecommend this course
Extremely impressed
The staff at check in was friendly and knowledgeable. The course was open and fair. I would golf there again and again when I return to Marco Island.
Good day on the course
The staff at Eagle lakes couldn’t have been more helpful. From the moment I arrived until they loaded the clubs in the car to go home. The course itself was very good Should allow a nine hole rate like after two
Excellent!
The staff here are so nice! They paired me up with another lady and her husband and it was perfect!
We had a great round of golf and I made some new “golf buddies ”
Find another place
Finding public courses available around Marco Island / Naples can be difficult. If you’re like me, looking for a last minute tee time at an affordable price and stumbled across Eagle Lakes do not make the same mistake I did!!!
Do NOT play here. You get what you pay for.
Pace of play is horrendous, the course is in terrible shape, and the staff (specifically Tony) are very difficult.
Pay a higher rate somewhere else, it’s worth the extra $20-50 bucks.
Fairways were very chewed up with a lot of grass missing. I would have been very disappointed if I played in the morning and paid $150. Greens seemed fine. Lots of gators to see. They also add gratuity fees and credit card fees.
did not play
didn't get to play i had a couple of t times which I cancelled because of a death in the family I thought I cancelled this one also but didn't I have played the course a few times on vacation in years past and its fine
Below average all around
I can’t believe someone would come play here as bad as they treat people. I have been to many courses around the country but none have been as rude as this place.
There are so many more options in the Naples area, I would try someplace else.
