Eagle Lakes Golf Club

The course is well laid out suitable for players of all levels, the greens were good and a good pace, unfortunately the fairways were in poor condition and the areas around the green were untidy and scrappy.

I didn’t feel this a value for money course.

I have played this course twice and both times it took 5 hours to play. There are no rangers to keep things moving. The course is really dry and there are a lot of areas in the fairways that are like concrete.

We drove 1 hour to play this course; we both commented that it needs more TLC and then could be great course; question whether we will drive that far again to play it.

Course was very dry and the grass way almost dead. Was not landscaped very well. The entire course had no water cups available for anyone. You had to bring your own cup which was not explained to us until about halfway through the course. I paid $149 which was about $100 more than it should have been in my opinion. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend based on conditions and value for the money.

The whole experience at Eagle Lakes was very positive. The course has enough different challenges for any level golfer

I will start with the positives-I was teamed up with a father and son who were great guys-so that makes the round enjoyable in itself. The pace of play was fantastic as we finished in 3 hours. I felt the layout was challenging enough as water comes into play on most holes. I understand that it is the “busy” season, but it was way overpriced for the round and I thought the fairways and greens were beat up-so the course was not in great shape. Also got chased by a wild dog. No ball washers on the course or cart. I’ve played courses 10x’s as nice for 1/2 the price. Staff was friendly though.

You get what you pay for. That’s why this coarse is less then most others in the area

Everything is average at this course, except the price is high for what you get.

The fairways are getting better but have a long way to go compared to other courses in area. The layout is challenging and fun. Staff is friendly and kept the pace moving.

Greens roll nicely however are very firm, traps are in avg condition, fairways are very thin (tight lies), and tee boxes need grass. If course spends money on seed and fertilizer they would have one of the better public courses in Naples.
