About
WestRidge Golf Course is a unique Jeff Brauer design that features a user-friendly layout. The design tips out at a standard-looking 7,041 yards, however its combination of six par 3s (none over water), six par 4s, and six par 5s is far from normal. Brauer incorporated deep bunkers, natural areas, and lakes to accompany the huge, undulating greens that await hacks who become lazy after getting home in regulation. Other than the unique hole combination, WestRidge Golf Course's drive-able par 4s (nos. 1 and 13) are notable during the summer months because they play downwind and are good birdie opportunities.

Holiday rates?!!?
A great course but the post Covid golf surge has turned this great course layout into pure greed! Played with two foursomes the Wednesday between Christmas and New Years and only at check in were we told it was double the price and holiday rates for the week! What’s next, Holiday rates month!. Furthermore the course installed new yellow tee boxes in the past few months. The boxes in most cases were hastily done, very tiny and uneven. To date the yardages have still not been posted to the scorecard leaving many to guess which tees to play and which to enter on handicap online logs. Pure Usery/Greed. What a shame as it’s such a fun course.
I don’t like the course, I love it. When I took up regular golf 4-5 years ago I cut my teeth here and have played it over 50 times, but geez give us a break!
The laws of supply and demand always equal out!!
stay away
I guess the increase in business due to the pandemic has made the owner/operators of the course fat dumb and happy. Charging "holiday rates" mid week for an average course at best is larceny, gouging at worst. With no advance notice of the rates being charged we were more than surprised at the fees. No remorse by the staff, Doubling the senior rate just because you can says all you want to know about the attitude. I assume it applies to Bridlewood and Sky Ranch as well. Once the recession kicks in, everyone will be scrambling for play. I will pay and play but it wont be here
All Wet - Shouldn't open after rain
1) Teeing area, fairway and green.. everywhere wet. This course seemed to be built without drainage plan.
2) Probably due to the closeness to the surrounding houses and road, too many hills constructed blind to the flag even on fairway.
So I wouldn't play there at least couple of days after the rain. The course should be closed under such conditions.
WSL
We enjoy playing Westridge. The staff is always friendly, the course is in good shape and the value is the best around.
Course in Good Shape Pace of Play Could be Better
This course is in good shape and is fun to play. 6 each par 5, 4, and 3's make it some what unique. Staff is friendly and they have great cheeseburgers. Only real knock was pace of play. It could have just been the day we played. Front 9 was good, back 9 slowed up a lot.
Improving
I typically avoid this course due to pace of play. The course is relatively pricy to pay and poor pace makes it dreadful. However, this past round was very good. 4:15 total for the round. A little waiting on Tee boxes but nothing egregious. this course is working really hard to shed the the reputation as poor pace. The range is large but always full. Get to curse early if you want to find a spot on the range to warm up.
Thanks for playing Westridge!
Not this time
Normally a big fan of this course but this time missed the mark. I called the course to let them know we had a folder drop from our group. The rep was very short on the phone and abruptly hung up.
The pace of play was slow, we waited on every hole and the we were told we were on pace. Waiting over 10 mins to tee off every hole is not acceptable. The course was in nice shape shape but it will be awhile til I go back
I am sorry to hear about your experience! Can you tell me what time you called, and teed off? How long was your round?
Please email me direct at Chad.wilks@pga.com. Thank you.
Windy
I absolutely love this course. The only problem i have with it is that when its windy 16 out of 18 holes your hitting into the wind.
Glad you enjoy playing Westridge!
Thanks for the great review and playing WestRidge!
VERY SLOW ROUND
They set tee times 7 min apart and pack the course. Took 5 plus hours to play a round, and not due to the skill level of players but the amount of players.
Thank you for playing Westridge. we appreciate your business!
