good price. course needs a little tlc . course needs a ranger.Hole 9 needs to be cleaned off very messy.

Good course for short game. Greens fast on day of play. Overall well maintained.

They had too many tee times for a short course. Waited 5-10 minutes at every hole. They had singles and twosomes playing alone instead of pairing them up. We will never golf there again.

This is one of my favorite executive courses which I use as a nice short game practice round. I prefer to play regulation courses, but when I'm short on time, this is a nice facility for a decent price. The staff is always pleasant & helpful.

Busy Busy but what can you expect it's the season. Cute little course kinda jammed up a few times mostly par 3's couple par 4's I questioned that should have been 3's some narrow fairways watch for the newbies on fairway or on tee ,but all in all fun day.

play pace could be a little better lots of seniors and lots of woman players. Lots of people stop play to look for balls in ponds need range person to regulate play times. Price was fair for a basically Par 3 coarse. I play here regularly usually once a week on average. I would join as member but price is out of whack for membership. Food is always good.

A little pricey for this course and the conditions but five hours plus to play a par three course is a little much. Quit after 14 holes. Next tee had three groups waiting.

2-3 groups on every hole-quit after 7 holes-no starter, no ranger-in short no course control.

Couldn't complain about weather or over all course except the back ups were quiet boring. it took too long to play and tree scraps on fairways. It was Valentines day and just one of those days I guess. I will return. I like to work on my short game and need the practice

The holes were interesting, but the back 9 were very close together. We were frequently surprised by errant shots over our heads or next to the cart. Turf needs better care. Too many bald spots on fairways, but greens were nice, but slow. Didn't seem as though they were cut in the morning.

If you are interested in playing at a brisk pace, this is not the course for you. If you like to relax between shots and holes, this is a fine course. Sometimes two and three groups backed up at holes on the front nine. It was better on the back, but not that much. The course was in pretty good shape, but there are a few rinky-dink holes. I probably will not return, mainly because of the pace, which some players said was as usual.

My wife and I along with another couple enjoyed the afternoon immensely.

Various lengths of holes, so you can use many woods/irons. Greens were the best shape of any we have played on in Fl so far.

Course is in OK shape, we had a long line up at hole 2 to 9, back 9 was better.

Layout and length just right for fun, non-stressful outing. Just one problem: the tee box acess to #14 reuires you to double back along the 13th fairway. There is a blind spot where golfers teeing off on thirteen cannot see golfers exiting the 14th and to the 14th. You just have to be careful. I hit a draw sometimes and I have to be extra careful.

This was a return trip to El Rio and we had a great time. Played with 2 locals who were really fun, the putts were falling and the beer was flowing. The course is in good shape and our pace of play was excellent at 2:25!! We had drinks and snacks with our new friends after the round and the staff couldn't have been nicer! We'll be back.

I really enjoyed our day at El Rio. We were paired with a delightful couple and the course was in pretty good shape. The staff was very friendly, the food and drink prices reasonable, 2:45 pace of play excellent, and the price was right! We look forward to a return visit!

My girlfriend and I try to play this course one time per week. It is in very good condition and is great for practicing your short game. The staff are very friendly and help make the experience enjoyable.
