I understand you can’t do anything about the lack of rain. Plus two of the greens were recently reseeded. I was expecting more for the money

This course was exceptionally valued. The course was in great condition overall, especially considering that FL is in a drought. The fairways were green, as was the rough. The greens were fast, but not overly fast like a few other courses nearby. I would definitely play here again. The staff was friendly and layout was quite fun. A lot of water so bring plenty of extra balls.

Play once a year when here for the winter. Decent price, course always in good shape, although pretty dry this year. Friendly staff, will definitely be back.

Tee boxes, fairways and greens not very well maintained considering this is in season. Tee boxes rough, fairway grass quality uneven in spots. Some of the greens not well maintained with lots of marks. One green was completely "shaved" with no replacement green provided.

Disappointed somewhat because playing in nice weather in March would expect more value for money paid. unsure if I will return. One positive note...staff was top notch!

Course was not in good shape. To expensive for a course in that bad of shape.

The layout of this course is nice but it needs some investment. 16 of the 18 holes have water. Somewhat challenging. The grass is brown at many places and the greens are a little burn. But overall nice course for the price.

The reviews for this course are mixed and they should be. The layout is pretty nice overall. I enjoyed many holes. Some of the holes are very tight and quirky at the beginning of the round but I must say it is a nice layout around a typical Florida housing community. I found the condition of the course OK for some holes but really poor for others. Some of the fairways barely have grass. I had two or three shots from the middle of the fairway that was like hitting off concrete. At this price point, I just don't see how that is reasonable. They gotta figure out a better way to seed and water this course.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

First time golfing Magnolia and came back a second time because of staff, course and the people you meet while partnered with. That's what makes a fun day of golf.

Enjoyed this challenging course; what a great layout!

The staff were very welcoming and conditions were comparable to other courses we have been playing in the area recovering from a severe drought. Will be back again before we go home.

Tees and fairways were very bad. They had very little grass. Greens were ok.

The Staff were very helpful.

Based on the Course conditions the price I paid was 50% higher than it was worth.
