Beautiful course and very well kept
I was really supprised to the lay out and beauty
I plays very tight. good ease of retrieving ball
Sabal springs
Average Florida executive course. Greens and fairways in fair condition. Course was empty, pace of play was great. Great value $18 for 18 holes. Would play here again.
Great value at a nice facility!
Although I don't play a lot of Executive courses, I really enjoyed Sabal Springs. The course layout is interesting, and everything is in pretty good shape. The greens are pretty slow but true. Well struck putts will fall. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant and bar are extremely nice and well priced. A great value and I look forward to playing it again!
the course was easy but interesting
WE went with a couple they were beginners. we enjoyed the course because it was easy and near our home.
Nice executive course
Greens and tees in good shape. Fairways need some light maintenance. Overall a good little course.
Good course for the $
Good course for the money, but needed a little attention to be in great shape! I was told they were working on it. I will be back again to check on it in the near future.
For a beginner, good for the money!
I purchased a 9 hole, 10:20, tee time. For the money it was good. I am a beginner and the front 9 offered enough challenge for me to want to return, especially for the price.
Great course for tuning your short game.
Love this little jewel in Cape Coral. Staff very friendly, course is well maintained and it really tests your short game. Accuracy of shots is on the check list also since you are working between homes and water on almost every hole.
Sorry I booked this course.
Very small tee box, no ball washers and very little water to drink so bring your own. lets not talk about the greens!
This was a nice little course where the greens need a little more attention.
Friendly staff, nice little course. It was kind of busy but the foursomes waved us ahead.
Great short course
In good shape. Nice greens and fairways. Getting mowed in tough to reach when rainy areas. Went around on slower couple and finished in time to get back to the office. Great for a quick away from the grind for a few hours.
Nice little course
A great valve, well keep course. Be careful out of bounds means you will be bouncing your ball off a house.
great value....empty!!
first it's a "sporty" par 60! with that said it was the perfect place for the wife and i to sharpen our short game. the place was empty! i mean 2 other 2 somes on the course....the whole 18.
bought our tee times on line for $10.00 ea plus tax and a small fee...under $30.00 for 3 hours of sun and a good round of practice.
only negative and it was not the course's fault....the greens had not been cut and very very slow due to the recent heave rains.
Sabal springs
I found the course to be challenging since the fairways are so narrow all in all I enjoyed playing this course and I would recommend it to some one that did not want to have any pressure on them to play.
Take a pass
At $11 it still was not a bargain. Tight, lots of water/forced carries for women or short hitters, small greens that are very slow and bumpy. Very easy to hit houses since the fairways are often no more than 30 yards wide.
I think Ft. Myers Country Club is a much better value and a real 18 designed by Donald Ross for Edison and Ford.
OK exec course.
Didn't feel welcome at this course by the staff in pro shop or golfers on the course. I believe that if you are not a member you are "not in" the group.
don't bother
the course is an executive and not worth the money. we used it as a warmup, but don't waste you time. the fairways are 50 yards wide, and houses are everywhere. carts can only be on the cart path and now i understand why. greens are small and slow. pay more and go to a full course.
nice course, well kept
most oft the holes are par 3, only a few par 4. Well kept and easy to read greens. Peaceful and quiet. A bit tricky as the fairways are quite narrow. I would recommend this course for the average golf player.
Lovely Surprise
Needing to get some par 3 practice in, found this course and was pleasantly surprised, course plays long on a lot of the holes as there is always a bit of breeze, lots of water and small greens means you need to be very accurate and get your shot lengths spot on.
Nice short course
The course is in good shape, the houses are pretty close so be careful, its not bad on the front 9 but on the back 9 where you start to use woods it gets a lot easier to hit houses. The course was in very good shape except the greens were long and very slow but once you get used to it they are OK, the ball bounces a bit.
We enjoyed playing here.
