Tuff Lil Course
Kept up well, alot of water in play with houses that sit close. So if you score correctly, you'll see that its tough all around. Narrow fairways and pretty small slopey greens. Arent too many bunkers though, so thats good. For a par 60, it also has more long holes than expected.
good value fun course
Very tight executive course. Lots of water. Better hit it straight or bring a lot of balls. Guy I was playing with hits a big slice and lost a dozen balls. Can only hit driver on a few holes. Slow greens probably due to amount of play. Wind was really blowing which made it even harder. Driving range definitely needs leveled. Bring your confirmation number because they won't honor your word.
No fairways, only roads between bungalows and water hazards
Terrible place, not suitable for golf. When you like to play inside the village, cross many roads and like to play golf without any fairways, go there, but if you like to play golf like a sport in some nice landscape, forget it.
terrible condition
Greens had not been cut in a long, long time. I could not recommend this course
The course needs a ranger to speed up play.
The course was fun, but the women's league in front of us were very slow. They could each take 9 mulligans! We were backed up on every hole. There was no way to play through. I called the clubhouse to complain when there were 2 foursomes waiting.
Sabal Springs
It was awesome. Not my best round in Florida, but my most enjoyable. The price was GREAT.
Sabal Springs
I had a really good time on this course. The wind today was really rough and I'd like to play this again soon in less windy conditions. The course was in overall very nice condition and the staff was very friendly.
Windy day at Sabal Springs
The wind was strong enough to be a consideration on all shots, even long putts. The course is executive length, but driver was the club of choice for me on tow or three holes, which is good. I'd go back in a heartbeat for the ten dollars it cost.
play it
The greens are not in great shape but they're working on them. It's a fun course....the food is great and the staff is too. I'll be playing there again
has a lot of water
the course is reseeding the greens so not in good condition and does a lot of water hazards but it a executive course lot of short par 3's.
Narrow executive course
Very good rates however this course is extremely tight with houses just about on the fairways. Any wayward tee shot will end up in a lanai , pool, or pond. This makes it difficult to go full bore knowing the slightest mis-hit is disaster. Water hazards abound. Got lightning-ed out before finishing. Very friendly staff, nobody else on the course.
Great value, and friendly staff!
They have recently just opened the back 9. It was in very good shape though. The fairways were all grown in around the course. It was a fairly short course though. It would be great for a couple looking to go out, a beginner, or someone looking to sharpen up your iron game. Very good rates for what they have to offer you! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be going back. After the round I went inside for a beverage at the Sand Trap. They had a great deal with buy your first beverage and receive the second for free. You do need to show your scorecard though for the special offer.
A lot of hazards
This is a very short, mostly par 3 course. Of the nine holes, I remember only two of them not having water hazards. Being the first time my sons and I were out this year, we did lose a few sleeves of balls.
houses way too close
greens were very slow, and houses were way "too" close to the course. I don't think I would play there again.
Tight fairways a
It is narrow fairways and lots of water to deal with sand traps arnt bad. It's a challenging course.
Narrow holes
The layout of the holes and greens make this a challenging course from the back tees. Most holes are lined on both sides by houses that are too close to play. Course conditions were poor. Greens were extremely slow. Will not consider to play again.
Our foursome teed off at noon and did not see any other groups. Probably a good indicator of the courses popularity.
Sabal Springs
Fantastic in season price. Finished in 3 hours. Course, greens, and cart in very good condition. Short course, had to use my pitching wedge to tee off on a few holes. Course is a little tight for eratic golfers such as myself. Great for working on short game.
Good practice for short game and accuracy
This is a well maintained executive course. Great for working on your short game. The fairways are narrow, houses close to course and there is a lot of water. So accuracy is very important. Bring lot's of water balls. Too long to walk.
The clubhouse is large. Menu limited. Bar and grill active before 7PM. I would've recommend planning on any more than a sandwich after golf. Staff was friendly.
this coarse helps my short game
Nice executive coarse great value golf now has saved me money keep sending me great value thanks the golf pro Greg is great
