Majestic Springs Golf Course

We really enjoyed our round. The staff is very nice. The course is in good shape. Four sets of tees makes it good for both experienced and newer players.

Only downside observation...greens very slow and bumpy. Grass not cut lots of divots old and new. Great course.

Very nice course. Thoughtful layout. Will play again.

My wife and I played 18 and had a great time. This is a beautiful golf course with a variety of holes.

The tees and fairways were in good shape and nearly all of the greens were as well.

The back nine has a couple of the tougher holes on the course where driving accuracy is the key.

This is a very enjoyable course to play. I think you see one or two houses. The rest is just the golf course. I recommend Majestic Springs.

have not played in two years, live near mason but enjoy the 25 minute country drive. I cant believe the changes in two years, always loved the layout, actually its the best in southern ohio including country clubs! Bunkers were all re done and everything was in great shape. Couldn't believe they built new clubhouse. I'm hooked! Nice beer girls as well!

The course is setup for all golfers from the beginner to the most experienced. The tee boxes and fairways are in great shape. The greens are good and true but there are some instances where people need to fix their ball marks. The staff is very friendly and the prices in the pro shop are reasonable. I will certainly be back to play. During the week from 6:30 until 10 a free buffet breakfast is included in the greens fee. I traveled 43 miles one way and it was worth the opportunity to play the course.

The course is surprisingly beautiful. Google earth makes it look all open (Links) but it is definitely not. The creek and bridges are gorgeous and the fairways and greens are very well kept. The rough is, well, a little rough, with some hard-packed dirt in spots and very long grass. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this relatively new course.

I have played this course for a couple years pretty regularly. I love the layout of the course, and it could really be so much better. The bunkers are not sand, and they don't seem to ever take care of them. The rough isn't great and greens are iffy, to say the least. With proper care, this could be an amazing course worth their summer rates. As it stands now, I would not pay more than $20 to play here. I would play somewhere else even for the same price. I would love to see this course be where it should be, but it doesn't look like this is going to be the year.

Played with my son who is a longer hitter. Better layout for shorter hitters who like more of a target course. Greens in good shape. Tall grass will swallow errant shots, so if you spray the ball, bring plenty of balls. Great links feel, so hot days will not provide much opportunity for shade. Finally, beer cart on the course and added Sunday beer sales since I was last there.

Sand traps have came a long way good to play out of.. If you don.t like this course you dont like golf.

3 years since we last played this course. We liked the way it has been cleaned up. Not happy with the sand traps. for the most part they were dirt rather than sand

I moved to the Cincinnati area in 2007 and found majestic, which was a diamond in the rough. A few years went by and the owner was looking to sell it and let it go to......well you know. Now the new owner who bought it last year (I think), is putting much needed TLC into it. Since last year, each time I go there it gets better. It's an awesome track, great layout, great shape, easy to get on, and a super value. The staff treats you really well, in fact I met the general manager or superintendent, Richard, a couple years ago, and everytime I am out there he is there, and he never fails to stop and say hi and ask how the course is looking.

Anyways, play this course! You can go wrong!

Great country golf course. No houses, condos or traffic noises. Just peacefull serenity. The course isn't perfectly manicured but overall in very good condition. A few things they need is at least a port-a-potty on the back nine, lids and straws for the cocktails that are now available at the course.

Friendly staff, greens anf fairways in surprisingly good shape. Sand traps had some water in them but i never went in one :). Proshop employee told me traps will be reconditioned soon. Kind of a scenic course with a few challenges but overall not bad.

The course was in great shape. You could tell they put a lot of money and effort into the course.
The new clubhouse is outstanding.

I ended up pairing up with 2 members and had a great time....so much fun that I played 36.

Nice variety of holes set on a beautiful tract of land. Excellent value for the $9 GolfNow greeen fee we paid!

We've played many other courses this season but are drawn back to Majestic Springs for the value, maintenance of the course and the friendly atmosphere.
