Champions Run Golf Course

I have played Champions Run several times and I always enjoy coming back. They changed the grass on their greens about 4 or 5 years ago to some type of grass that is very dense and durable and I think the greens are now one of the greatest aspects of this course. The green surface on all 18 holes is very smooth and a ball rolls great. None of the greens have any mold or any other rough patches. I'm not sure of the type of grass they use on their greens but I think it must be some type of bermuda grass because it does turn brown early in the Fall and does not green up until late Spring. They still perform great.

Best keep secret in the Nashville and Murfreesboro area. Course is always well maintained and in good condition. Staff is great and friendly. It has several challenging holes.

Fairways and greens are in great shape even in December. Staff is very friendly and worked us in despite having a shotgun start scramble an hour after our tee time.

The course is in great shape for this time of year

The dormant Bermuda around the pushup greens allowed for roll off if not precise with approaches. Saw one putt go into a lake and some pitches come back to your feet.

Golf carts are showing some wear but it was fun even though it is flattish course.

Greens are in great condition. Pin placements are very challenging. We played 36 because the replay only cost us 13. The price and quality make up for the treck.

For the value, there is not a better course in Middle TN! Staff knows you by name after you have played a couple of rounds here! That personal touch only adds to the customer experience and sets them way above the rest!

Best course for the money I know of. Love this place.

Great course to play for the money. Good course for tournaments. Greens were a little off on my round due to over seeding for winter but besides that, fairways and tee boxes were well maintained.

Good putting surfaces for this time of year. I remember the par 3's, very challenging and all different. Takes a while to remember the par 4s from the tees. When you reach your tee shot on the doglegs....now I remember. Very flat. If you don't like uneven lies, you will love Campions run.

This course is always in great shape and offers a challenging collection of holes to test your ability.

Very enjoyable experience. Course in very good shape tee to green. Pace of play on the weekends is slow, but it is still a very good value. Will come back often.

Great Course Great People. No matter how busy you rarely are waiting around on groups a very good flow always. Guys in the clubhouse and on the course are always nice and courteuos.

For the price hard to beat. Challanging layout and great greens!

Course was in good shape, staff was friendly and it was a good value for my money. The only problem is the course is a little out of the way for me.

Enjoyable course with good variety for both the long-hitter and the 'target' player. Course can be inviting or challenging depending on the tees you select. Both the 9th and 18th are memorable holes and a good way to finish a round. Very friendly staff.
