Could be better for the cost
I felt that the greens needed to be a little faster and maybe cared for a little better. Most of the hole placments werre in the front, probably due to it being Mother's Day. I really like playing it because I can work on my short game more and still play a round of golf. Overall it was worth the good deal I got from golfnow.
Great course for the low price
Look to get red hot deals for this course because it is cheap and helps you practice every club in your bag
Great, quick golf
You can play 18 under 3 hours. Fun short course. Great for people learning the game.
Great Course for a quick practice round
Well maintained, challenging greens for a par 3, overall a great course for the money.
Short Course. High Price.
Even though it's a par 3 course, the number of holes sub 80 yards leaves a lot to be desired.
There are 3 par fours which made it the only reason I needed to use a club other than a Putter through 7 iron.
For an average golfer at best, I had 12 pars on the day. It's not much more than a pitch and putt course and I paid an outrageous amount for what I got out of it.
Back 9 better
Booked a Tee Time - but it was obvious no one bothered to respect this. Show up and play as you like. The front nine was rather dull, the back nine a little more enjoyable with a hole for which you could actually pull your driver out.
not good service for the money
staff unfriendly in evenings pace of play very slow. .Also get treated poorly if you play as a single or don't want to be paired up.Also treated very poorly on phone.
satisfied
I've played this course many times and its always been a good experience. It's a great place to work on your irons and short game, or just get out and play.
Pheasant Run is a great "fun" course.
Nice mix of Par 4s and Par 3s. I really enjoyed the distance of 3,000+ yards and found it a little challenging although not hard. The greens are very well maintained.
Quick and fun little course
Doesn't take long to play, and is has been in good shape the few times I've played. I would play it more often if they would get their recertification as a PGA handicapped course though.
I had to use all of the clubs in my bag, great!
It's not just about hitting balls, you have to think your way around this course.
