Awesome Par 3 Course
This Course is amazing, great par 3 course to get you used to your irons and putts. Highly recommend this course, staff is incredible

Excellent Customer Service
Non-golf related review. A peculiar charge showed up on my credit card. Management (Dana D) quickly responded with a call back even though I didn't leave a message. She called back the number without knowing the reason for the call! She worked with me to confirm the charge and we tracked down the issue which was NOT due to anything from Pheasant Run. This family appreciates excellent customer service and providing a max score does not come easily. I appreciated the quick response and warm, concerned attitude that was presented. Many thanks!

Hit or miss…
Last couple of times the pace has been horrendous and the lack of.golf etiquette was absent by many. Marshall was out running the course but couldn’t really get the pace moving.

Joke
Rude staff. Held the door open for one of the workers and was rudely brushed off. The staff will not do anything to pick up pace of play or fix divots. Joke of a course joke staff. Go anywhere else to play a fun chip and putt unless you want to be harassed for 3 hours.

Mostly 3’s
Had 4 clowns playing ahead of me……slowed myself and a whole bunch of golfers behind me. Too much nonsense going on with these kid’s. Finally went around . Me and about 3 other parties. No Marshall on duty. Could have used one to speed the game up.

Loved it
Played solo pace of play was kind of slow but once you hit the turn it opens up. Team was doing an awesome job keeping that course well maintained. Will be back.

Students practicing
I’ve played this course for the past two days. On both days I had a student that was practicing that walked right in front of me as I was getting ready to tee off. Student sponsors or coaches need to supervise their students more closely or someone’s going to get injured.

Top Notch Experience at Pheasant
Playing Pheasant was a great experience from start to finish. To start, book a quick tee time and show up and the friendly staff getting us out ahead of schedule. The course was in great shape and we were able to fly thru it as the pace was great for this Par 3 course. I loved every hole, helping me work on a vast variety of golf shots. Thank you to the super intendant and his great staff. The after round beers and glizzys were a great way to wash down a morning full of up and down golf shots.

Greens are in great shape compared to previous years. It is a lot better course.

Course sucks
Stacked tee times with no monitoring. I played midday and greenskeepers obstructing play on several holes disturbing gameplay. Greens are lackluster at best. Staff is clueless. Never play this course.
