course was very wet, espically the back 9. it is the rainy season
No more 1 man or cart
Got therexand ccx was told had to share a golf cart with some other player. This is totally disgusting to force you to share a cart with some stranger during this pandemic will not return ever again.!
Mid Week At Sebastian Municipal GC
Normally a very good course to play. However, today not so much. The back nine was closed and not very well marked as such. All of the greens were being worked on and an over amount of sand was used on each green so putting was nowhere true on any of the holes. As we made the turn going from the front nine to the back nine a very rude employee caught us on the 10Th green and said the back nine was closed there was a sign in the clubhouse he stated. Not everyone goes in the clubhouse. It would have been too much trouble evidently for them to post a sign at the turning point to the 10th tee. Or at any point of starting the round for anyone to tell us the back nine was closed.

Cost per round was very high for such location and course. Bigger and better courses like Bautree, Viera East, Turtle creek are the same price. The Habitat is a better course and cheaper! Even Melbournes Crane Creek is cheaper. thought the course was nice and open. but all along the fairways and greens. The grass is 15" plus high. Which is crazy and very impossible to find your ball. I lost more balls in that grass then I did in the woods or water! The staff at tee check in and golf carts, was not to friendly. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Got a basket of balls to hit before my round and only given a half basket! Crazy to pay so much for range balls to only get a half basket! There was no beverage cart, which didnt make any sense! Florida is extremely hot during the summer and needing a drink when out on course, sometimes just to far away , esp. on back nine. Didnt know if I was allowed to bring a cooler

Staff was friendly and sign in easy. Starter was available quickly and warned of of the rough being very high and it was! Overall nice course.
Course condition
The course had tons of dead cut grass all over the rough. The greens were like putting on cement. The course needs water....
First time playing here.
The course is generally in very good condition. some of the tee boxes could use some help, but the fairways and greens are in very good shape. The staff was friendly. excellent value . I got a hot deal for $14 plus tax and fees. I will play there a gain
