Barefoot Bay Golf & Recreation Park

Nothing fancy, but reasonably good conditions. If you can get a deal, it's worth playing for a quick round. Just make sure you check the tee times before you go. If it's full, it can be a bit slow.

I played thru a hot deal for under $30

The course is a $35 dollar course cause of the poor condition most of the greens are in.

My suggestion would be to remodel the course into a par three course and use the extra space from the par 4 holes to make the greens larger and add some room to the T-boxes. Also need to improve the overall condition of greens. Staff was great, pro shop is well stocked and very helpful… just the course needs work.

If you want a fun course, this is the course to play. Grass is a little dry but everything else is great

Many of the greens had large areas of ground under repair on them. The grass on the greens was almost nonexistent, but weeds were prominent. These conditions made it very difficult to putt with any accuracy.

We waited on every hole with the group in front of us to tee off. There was a ranger that went around without any intervening.

The price to play here is not any bargain. It’s a smaller ,executive, course . The cost is the same for any of the full size courses in the area. It should take way under 4 hours to play … took us 4.5 due to pace of play. Maybe they should consider pairing up twosomes more or spacing out tee times more. It’s an area of older clientele and walking is allowed.

course is in ok shape do to the very dry winter we have had a long with freeze very brown but not the norm still fun play

Course was is pretty shape, the greens were a touch bumpy but other then that it was a fun outing.

All in all, a very nice sporty executive course. Greens very nice. The only complaint is very slow play. Apparently, they have an attractive members deal so the course is always packed.

They wanted me to pay an extra 25$ for my girlfriend with no clubs to occupy the empty seat next to me I would understand if I had to rent a whole cart extra but that wasn’t the case and they shrugged it off on me , well we are hurting for money, then proceeded to put people who are walking a total of 4 players in front of a single I told him I was a lil faster pace . Just horrible experience was my girlfriend first time and I don’t think she will be joining on the next the course blantly didn’t care. Will never go back I’d rather hit my irons on a driveway

Temp tees setup all from same distance. Many holes were very short. Would not have played this course knowing condition of tee boxes.

Solid executive course. Most of the conditions were quite good. Tee boxes were lackluster with some of them being basically soil and weeds.

Tee boxes are horrible and the greens are way too small to that hard. Good luck getting anything to stick. Might as well played in the parking lot. Bunkers were loaded with rock as well. Dented a club.

A little long for an executive course. Good conditions, nice greens.
