Nice sunday
Turtle Run is great. Even though there were lots of players the pace was good. Coirse condition was wonderful. Last time all the ice was filled up but not this time. But i had my own so no problem. Beautiful coursr😀😀😀

I’ve never met anybody in the pro shop that isn’t downright the nicest people ever. Play here every so often they will never disappoint.
Sun n lake
Courteous staff from first middle. Greens nice and slick. There was clean restrooms on the course. Fresh ice water and cups available on course. Very nice. What a gem. Will go back
Turtle Run
Everything was great! I play a lot of Central Florida courses and this one is fantastic! Price, pace, conditions, staff, literally everything is great!
Fun course
Course is in good shape overall. Greens are firm, roll nice but slow. Fairways are pretty good overall there are some areas that are thin w grass. Rough is very unpredictable. Could be rough, dirt or backyard grass. There was no one on course after 11am. We played two days in a row and didn’t wait on a single person! Staff was incredible nice and helpful. Fun layout and 18 is a par three all over water.

course is in great shape, greens where fast But not too
fast. No ridiculous greens where the ball runs off the green. just a nice playable course that everyone can have
fun with. My partner and I are seniors. We thought there
was a lot of walking.
Great mix of golf holes. 18 great finishing hole. The greens were fantastic. Be back again
Great Course
Played Deer Run at Sun N Lakes and was very pleased with the course conditions. The greens were immaculate and made putting less stressful.. Overall course conditions were very good. Weather was challenging as major thunderstorms were moving around the area and rain finally cut short our round. The clubhouse restaurant is top notch, and we enjoyed a great lunch and drinks for a very reasonable price. Will definitely play again.
Great Layout! Fun track!
I played on a rainy weekday but the course held up well in a steady rain. Greens were running fast and smooth. Fairways were nice. A few of the Tee boxes were a little chewed up and recently punched but overall didn’t effect shots. Hope to play this course again but it’s a little too far away from Lakeland.
Great shape
The course is in great shape, except for the fringe around the greens where they aerated. Both Sun N Lake courses are always in good shape. With the fringe, being aerated, it made it difficult to chip around in Greens, but it’s getting to that time of the year where they’re going to start aerating courses.
Much improved course
First of all I didn’t get to play Turtle Run. Was told that GolfNow made a mistake. Turtle had a shotgun tournament on it. Haven’t played Deer in about two years because it was closed down for maintenance. Course was in great shape. Turtle still the better course but Deer has come a long ways.
