Deer Run at Sun 'n Lake Golf & Country Club

Discovered Sun N Lake a few years ago. Have played here a dozen times, more on Deer Run than Turtle Run but both excellent courses. People I've met when playing weekend shotguns were all friendly. Was looking forward to playing Deer Run again after it was closed. Not sure what was done, but I did not see any difference in the course. Greens were ok, and fast, but not perfect as I remember them. Great round, highly recommend both courses and will definitely be back soon.

Sun n Lakes has 2 golf courses. Deer Run is a nice course and worth playing but the other course Turtle Run is much better

Straight forward layout and the last 3 holes have a lot of character. Wide fairways and they are in mostly good shape. The greens are the strength of the course. Undulating and multi levels. They were in good shape. Not perfect but very good.

It has been several years since we played this course but it is still the same. The staff is welcoming, the fairways and greens are in excellent condition. If you have never played this course, you will not regret it and you will want to return.

The course was great everything about was good. After golf went in had lunch it was perfect. we will be coming back.

Well worth the hour and a half drive , everything was great and I plan to come back often with friends.

Always looked at this facility as the premier golf course in the area. Played both courses and the turtle course greens were bumpy and shaggy. Deer was only slightly better. Would however, still play this course again.

We played this course last year and it was in bad shape. This year totally great condition. Will play it again

Enjoyed playing the course. The signage is very poor. Need to improve signage to know where the first|next hole is.
